DO NOT BOOK THIS AGENCY. The guide just did not show up. I called the agency and they took time trying to locate the guide and then said he just could not make it. No warning and no email. Had to scramble the last minute trying to find another activity.

Showed up to the meeting location 10 minutes prior to the scheduled tour time. However after a half hour of waiting in the cold, the tour guide never showed up. We attempted to contact the tour operator but did not hear back until we requested a refund.
