We made gelato like Italian artisans, we made Ravioli like Italian chefs. We ate them all like kings in Piazza Navona. Amazing experience, don’t miss it!

When we returned from Rome, everyone was talking about cooking classes and workshops, so we booked one for our trip. The location was fantastic, and both the pasta and dessert making were enjoyable for the group. We highly recommend it!

You are not ready for this class! Very nice, very fun and very interesting. We made gelato
with real professional industrial-size machines that they use in the real gelato shops in
Rome. We also made our own RAVIOLIIII and we eat them both after with a glass of good wine.

We had a great time. Small group. I would recommend to anyone with an interest in learning how to make ravioli and/or gelato to take this class.

Perfect location, and a very-very interesting class. Making Ravioli yes, it’s cool, we liked it. But, the making of real artisan gelato with the professional huge and heavy machine, was another level of experiencing Italy!

Our family had so much fun learning all of the proper ways to make gelato and ravioli from Daniel and his team. Daniel was fun, informative and very helpful with our two boys, ages 6 and 9, which helped make this a memorable experience for our whole family. The ravioli and gelato that you make is so incredibly tasty as well!

What an amazing experience this was! We loved everything. We didn’t have much space where the gelato machine is, as it was a full class, but apart that, everything was great! Thank you Eatalian Cooks!

I didn’t expect at all what I’ve seen in this class. It’s not the usual to come and make
gelato with us on cheap machines, that won’t freeze it by the time you should be eating it.
It’s real hard work to make the gelato, with a professional, expensive gelato machine. It’s
kind of a “behind the scenes” experience of how Italian artisans make gelato that you
buy in the shops. We also got our recipes to make the simple homemade ones of course.

Fun gelato class. We were told the location changed between two restaurants, that are actually on the same piazza both, so it wasn’t a big issue. The class was interesting, as we learned to make gelato as in Italy they do, with larger amounts of ingredients, but then we received our recipes online that were customized for home-made gelato. It was a great class, and the ravioli we made was also delicious!

It is a very interesting experience. We had a professional large gelato maker but we were told how we can do the same gelato at home with smaller machine. We also made ravioli, which was delicious, as well as our gelato. We were served by the restaurant’s kitchen and waiters, while seated in a nice private area.
