Lots of stops. James knew the city's history quite well. He was very knowledgeable. He just seemed to rush, rush, rush. Several tourists stayed on the bus saying James was moving too fast for them. Chris, our driver, was polite and knowledgeable.

Really good tour of the important Monuments in DC. Would not have been able to see everything in the time without this tour. Our guide was great - fun as well as knowledgeable. He answered everyone's questions and was happy to engage in conversation with everyone in the group. Highly recommend this tour!

Guide was very informative and made you feel comfortable if to stay back when you need a break. the bus driver gave a smooth ride.

Given the 5K that was going on an email out to those on the tour the day or two before would have been very helpful. Getting to the tour and also finding the right tour/bus was chaotic. The company has everyone's email so not sure why no one on your team thought of this.

Thank you a million, Chris, for being so flexible about picking us up after we missed the bus while waiting in the wrong line across the street. The weather was horrible so it was nice to be driven between the beautiful monuments.

James was very knowledgeable and had many insights about all the places we visited. Our driver was great and got us all around safely!

The weather was awful, pouring rain, but the tour was very nice. The guide was knowledgeable and personable and we hit a lot of the major spots. I definitely recommend.

James was a tour guide, and he was fabulous. His knowledge and insight on every monument, DC and history was amazing. Hoping he’s our tour guide for tonight’s monument tour. It rained all day, but that didn’t impact the tour at all.

This is probably the worst tour I’ve ever experienced while traveling. A little over halfway through our tour, we were giving a meeting point to reconvene. 1/4 of our group was at the meeting point. We were confounded as to where the rest of our group had gone. It was busy and there were a lot of people around. Our Tour Guide never returned to the meeting point. We noticed a bus way off in the distance that looked like ours. We decided to walk that way. As we were walking that way, we noticed our group boarding the bus. Again nine of us out of 35 were running toward the bus trying to catch up. They literally loaded the bus and took off and stroll through the green light. We all called and texted. Our Tour Guide never acknowledged the fact that he left a fourth of his group behind. We missed out on the last part of our tour and were stranded there. When we requested a partial refund because we were not able to complete the tour, they told us sorry and we cannot offer you any refund. I would find any company, but this one to do this tour

jvpmd

They charge an outrageous amount to see the Washington Monument following the tour, but do not honor refunds if the monument is closed due to emergencies. There were no disclosures from the company about this possibility. I would not recommend this tour to anyone.
