Nicolas our guide was very flexible and checked in regards our fitness level. He was chatty and made us feel very welcome. We did about 35km in the morning and it wasn't a hard slog. We got to oversee Vienna from a beautiful wine region. Having coffee and cake at the midpoint. We had mountain bikes which at the end I was greatful for as they were easy to ride. Thank you Nicolas for your hospitality and good luck for you upcoming adventures. We will be thinking about you. Auf Wiedersehen und vielen dank.

The tour was a bit harder than we expected but it was worth it! Riding a bike around provides a different perspective on the city, and the views from the mountainside were so beautiful. The ebike still requires some initial effort at pedalling but it’s fine once you get the hang of it and helped a lot at pedaling uphill. Our tour guide also made sure to regularly check on the group and made stops as needed. Definitely recommended for people who have biked before and for those in good fitness.

Our guide Taz was great and very flexible - we wanted ‘ slow and no hills’ and she adapted for us. Nice trail along the Danube!

This was a wonderful way to see Vienna. Our tour guide as very knowledgeable and the e-bikes were awesome. I would definitely recommend this tour.

Pros: the bikes were a lot of fun, our guide ensured no one got left behind, small group of 6, the route was largely outside the metro area and allowed us to ride comfortably without having to worry about vehicle traffic, multiple stops at public water fountains. Ensure you ask for water at the beginning of the tour as it was supposed to be included per our ticket details but we received it only after asking. Cons: the lunch stop did not take card (so we were unable to purchase lunch and additional water). Never received the "fruit or museli" the "bratwurst" or the "Radler" that were supposed to be included our ticket prices. I began getting a bit lightheaded towards the end of the ride and while our guide was very kind he seemed I'll equipped to deal with the situation (only having us stop for 3-4 mins/ offering water and then asking me to finish the ride) we were less then 15 mins from the start point I thought perhaps someone could have came to pick me and the bike up or have at least had that option offered as it had been an unseasonably hot day (+90°) and we'd been outside for 4+ hours. The failures we experienced largely fall on the company and not the guide, and despite them we still had a good time.

Our tour guide, Jaime was energetic, friendly, and knowledgeable obout the sights on the bike tour. He kept us on a comfortable pace and took care that we were all together.
