Conditions: Start time is arranged according to customer needs. Please ensure you arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes prior to the tour start time. COVID-19 rules and regulations: Please be aware that local government measures and guidelines put in place by individual travel services providers including hotels, transfer, car rental, theme parks, tours, events and other ancillaries are leading to social distancing and preventative health and hygiene measures to protect travellers according to the regulations of each country. PCR tests, or similar taken within the required time frame. Obtain the applicable reopening license if required by local authorities. Ensure alignment with local travel and transport partners on procedures. Be aware of and follow advice by public health authorities. Arrange a Crisis Management Team to deal with suspected or confirmed cases. This team should involve the Hotel Manager and Heads of Departments, e.g. Housekeeping, F&B, Guest Service, etc. Inform local health authorities and coordinate crisis management procedures in case a guest or employee contracted COVID-19. Create a clear, consistent, and enhanced communication with customers on new health & hygiene safety protocols via the organisation's channels, both digitally and physically at hotels. Avoid cash transactions and integrate technology to enable automation such as contactless payment where possible. Give preference to use disposable materials and equipment where possible. Ensure thorough and frequent cleaning of surfaces and common spaces, especially doorknobs, lift buttons, toilets water push, vending machines, guest cards etc. Ensure that soap repositories are refilled frequently, and paper towels are available. Increase ventilation if weather and building specifications permit. Ensure social distancing protocols and guidelines and visibly mark social distancing measures to guests and staff. Review and follow advice from health authorities, which may include wearing face masks for staff or guidance on hand hygiene. Actively encourage and monitor "social distancing". Post signage to remind staff and customers to apply the recommended hygiene measures (e.g. cover the mouth with the elbow when coughing and sneezing, avoid touching eyes, mouth and nose, wash hands frequently ) Review and clean the filters of the air conditioning systems frequently Increase the frequency of daily cleaning and disinfecting and visibility of cleaning staff Use effective cleaning products to clean public areas surfaces
