I had our tour booked for 10.50 on 31Dec19 for 4 people - at 10.45 when we contacted the tour operator from the meeting point, we were told that the tour will be delayed to 1.30pm as there were street closures for new year (which doesn't seem like information they wouldn't already have). We still understood and asked that we be contacted around midday to confirm if our tour would go ahead that afternoon. We did not hear back at all, nor have we since heard from them regarding our refund. We had expected this to be quite good based on previous reviews but the experience has been very disappointing so far. At the time of writing this review, I have not had a response to my email requesting my refund.

We arrived in Vienna today after 4 days in Salzburg. Being that this was our first time here, we decided to take a tour to get a better understanding of where things were. Essam (hope the spelling is correct!)was our driver and we cannot say enough about how well he explained all the sites we were seeing and allowed time for photos. He even took photos of us together at many stops. If you get the chance to take the tour, ask for Essam

We were in Vienna from 10.08-13.08.2019. One evening we found an E-car standing near hotel Albertina. A very nice guy named Essam offered us a centre city tour by e-car. The tour was very nice, Essam knew very well all signtseeings, could provide us with very useful information, was very friendly! We liked the tour very much. Essam perfectly knew all good places for taking an impressive pictures. The best photoes were taken by us during this tour. While we were already generally familiar with the area, we were yet delighted with the tour due to the guide/driver - Manuela, who is a Chilean, working in there. She was amazingly knowledgeable and spoke English so fluently. This tour is very nice and better than doing it by yourself or by the bus. Though I would like the pricing to be a bit more reasonable.

My family and I have hired this service and we definitely don't regret! Our tour guide was very knowledgeable of the city and visiting Vienna with these old cars has been really fun! Alex Patzold told us a lot about history of the city, main spots and cafés. We totally recommend anyone to visit the city in this unique way!

We had a very special tour through the beautiful center of Vienna in old-time open air car! Our tour guide, Ilam from Egypt, was excellent! He was very welcoming and full of interesting facts of Vienna. We decided to take his tour before leaving the Vienna, and we wish we had encountered him and the tour at the beginning of our Vienna stay!
