Horrible treatment !!! We arrived before as indicated and when we arrived they told us that it was not going to be done in Spanish because during the morning people had canceled. They left us stranded without the tour...and they didn't flinch...absolute lack of professionalism.

Although I'm writing my review in english, I took part in the spanish version of the Free Walking Tour Vienna. Nico was a great guide, very skilled in telling us the stories and the history of breathtaking Vienna. Way to go, Nico.
