Great experience for the whole family (2 adults & 2 under 5) and all enjoyed the morning. The view is fabulous and an enjoyable walk over from town centre. Lunch was actually amazing, so yum considering I wasn’t expecting it to be that great or affordable but it turned out to be both! Would definitely come back to see the slope in action but we visited the week before the slope opened.

An interesting place to go especially if you are a fan of the winter Olympics. There is a gift shop at the entrance level and a lift to take you up to the ski jump to take in the view of the surrounding area.

The Bergisel jump is visible from many parts of Innsbruck, but it's when you get up there that you really realize how amazing this sport is. It's a fun visit and actually worth the trip there. Good views and, if you go at the right time, you might even see some practice runs.

This is a stadium for ski jumping on a hill in innsbruck, Austria where prestigious annual FIS Ski jumping world cup Four hills Tournament conducted. The view of people skiing and the surrounding valley from the top is worth the climb. This has funicular, a viewing platform for a panoramic view of the valley.

While visiting Insbruck we had to climb to the top of the Ski Jump, get a strudel in the cafe and look around the beautiful Alps. Very nice and worth a go!

Blue skies everywhere so we decided to walk from our hotel in old town Innsbruck. A brisk walk some 45 minutes although the last 700m is up hill and hard , if young and fit shouldn’t be a problem but we struggled along with most people . Paid €9 to take the tram to the very top and had a meal at the restaurant . The views of Innsbruck and surrounding mountains were fabulous and worth the time and effort , the view both top and bottom of the run were unbeatable , whoever’s competing and participates deserves a medal ( even if they come last ) I’ve never seen a run as steep and dangerous in my life . Conclusion. Worth every penny and effort to get there but make sure you go on a clear sunny day

Quite a climb to reach the entrance from where you can then get on the funicular to the viewing deck at the top. Wonderful views of the surrounding area below, which make you realize how high it actually is. However walking around the section where the funicular leaves from is actually better as you can view the jump upwards while standing where spectators would usually be. Walk up the stairs there and look upwards and you get an amazing idea of how daring these ski jumpers must be. Also gives you a chance to stand under the metal Olympic circles and see the list of names on the monument. Different coloured lights light it up after dark. Truly an amazing sight and hats off to the brave souls who do that jump!

For a small admission price this offers the visitor a glimpse into the world of ski jumpers for the Olympics Games. May to October they train twice a day using water over a plastic type material. I would have loved to see that. The skill and daring of these athletes is something to respects after viewing this ramp. A big plus is the view of Innsbruck.

I just like saying that word Bergisel… Ski jump! which after the winter Olympics in ‘72 was turned into an attraction… I think it’s a great idea, as well as a working ski jump… The Russian ski team was actually there the day my son Jake and I went to visit. The views are great and a cup of hot chocolate is welcome and if you’re in Innsbruck or any winter Olympic town, you ought to make your way up to the ski jump… This is my second as I have also been up top at Lillehammer Norway… A cool collection to make!

Since it was cloudy and raining we figured we might be able to see Innsbruck from the Ski Jump. It was very nice. Great little ride up to the top and a nice restaurant. Viewing area was great with the weather conditions. Long walk up the hill from the street to get there but it was worth it.
