The Tour spots were rather excellent especially the wine and cheese incl. ham, and -- at the local bee museum-- the honey tasting was very different and therfor really an enjoyable experience. I can highly recommend. The guide was really an expert and an outstanding leader. Many thanks to all!

This was a most informative and interesting tour in a beautiful area. We were taken by car and our Half Price Tour guide Vitali was extremely knowledgeable & great company. He was well known at the places we visited & at the vineyard we were treated to an "in depth" explanation on how the wine was produced from growing the vine to end product. We were even taken through the growing vines & invited to pick the grapes as well as tasting the end product ( the wine). At the olive oil & honey producers we were also able to sample the products. We bought from all as prices were so much cheaper direct from the producers as promised by Vitali. Half Price Tours offer a great personalised service and tours we took were exactly as described. Highly recommend using them. Lovely people. Would definitely use them again.

The trip was great. We decided to go very spontaneously, but the organisation went extremely well. I can only recommend the trip.

Had a fabulous day wine tasting at the vinery, we were lucky the owners son had a small group for cooking so we joined their informative tour or the vineyard, excellent choice of family grown wines. Olive oil stop, delightful lady let us taste endless amounts and flavours of award wining oil olive, beautiful shop for gifts and oils whilst you are there Bee museum very informative and worthwhile visit our guide for the day is highly knowledgeable, entertaining and makes sure everyone is included in his tour, butterfly valley was a delightful area to visit and a welcome break from the days heat in the shaded Bally for a stroll It was a gables way to spend half a day learning about the products available on the island

We choose this tour as we didn't want to hire a car but wanted to explore the island a bit. We decided to pay the extra €10ish pp transfer fee from our hotel in Ixia to the city centre as the bus is not always reliable. Wine tasting: The owner of the vineyard had great knowledge and led us in tasting 6-8 wines. We arrived around 10:45 and stayed until gone 13:00, however lunch is NOT provided, which was not explicitly stated on trip advisor. Olive oil tasting: You are taken to a SHOP, where the tour leader takes you to a corner to try a few olive oils and then lets you have a look around the shop. Half price tours apparently don't take commission, but the shop sells the same things in the middle of Rhodes city, so we didn't find this special. Butterfly valley: By far the highlight of the tour, where we sadly only had an hour. Entrance is not included, but it is well with visiting. You walk through the shady valley and are surrounded by thousands of butterflies. It felt quite magical! Bee museum: As we had overrun this felt rushed. The tour guide led us quickly around the one roomed museum, reading off the various boards. We then went to the honey tasting, which is just ANOTHER SHOP, and you help yourself to tiny samples before deciding what to buy. Again, the same products can be found in the centre of Rhodes. Half price tours again say they don't take commission. Overall, we felt let down by this tour. The honey and oil tasting was not worth it, as we didn't meet any one involved in making the products. Half price tours even admitted that this was the best they could do as there isn't much to do in Rhodes, which doesn't sound that enticing!

Highly recommended! All the wine, olive oil and honey were locally produced. The winery tour especially was nice and detailed, the wine was fantastic. The guide was very friendly and knowledgeable accompanying us the whole time. We even received a whatsapp message the night before with a google maps link to the meet up point and detailed instructions, and we now had a contact number in case anything happened!

Booked this for myself and my partner and we really enjoyed it. It was a full day out and we got to see and do a lot. The tour operator actually messaged to ask if we wanted to swap to the day before as there were only two other people on that day so we had a small group and it was lovely. The wine tasting was definitely a highlight for me as the vineyard was so quaint and remote, and it was nice to meet the owner as well. The tour guide was lovely and very knowledgeable. Be prepared to spend some money as we wanted to buy everything after we tried it! Would recommend if you are after a full but relaxed day out in Rhodes.

Was very enjoyable! Amazing sight seeing with amazing customer service, being taken around by a member of staff given information in regards to all three destinations etc: butterfly valley, wine vineyard and the bee factory.

The visitors are not acting right. Almost none of them neither read the signs nor respect the rules. There are thousands of butterflies gathering here starting from July and they rest until September, before flying to Island to give birth. So forcing them to fly away by disturbing them means harming them ! Silence and respect is mentioned everywhere in order to ensure that our children and grandchildren will also be able to observe these beautiful butterflies! So please follow the rules and respect the nature!
