I bought this to listen to on my first day. We didn't get round to it until day 3. It was fabulous. GPS is clever. The talker was intimate and we learnt things that no bus tour could compare to. My feet tire easily and I wondered how long I'd last but the hour went by effortlessly and I wanted more. I wish I could turn back time and listen to the tour on day 1 then I would have appreciated Vienna, in its historical context, much more. For me, it injected the enchantment that I hoped Vienna would be. Best part of visit in an otherwise clean, beautiful but not too friendly city.

Great intro to Vienna. The walking tour hits some highlights of Vienna in an easy to hear format. Kudos to the slick technology as the GPS embedded part of the tour makes it effortless to walk and follow the narration. Recommend highly

What a fabulous app and a great idea. It worked perfectly for us though you had to patient at times as the app caught up with the GPS signal. The walk was not too long and Alex gave us lots of interesting facts not found in our guide book. Highly recommend

I was very excited to be able to go out on my own and enjoy the sites at my own pace but downloading the information took too long. The internet service at the cafe I was at was very slow and very iritating.

My daughter and I really enjoyed following the informative and interesting commentary around Vienna, which pointed out things we would not otherwise have seen. A good way to orientate yourself around the Innerestadt and good value for money.

Myself and my teenager downloaded this as we had 1 day in Vienna and it seemed like a cheap and easy way to get as much out of the experience as we could without breaking the bank. Our plan was to verbally relay the information to my husband who doesn’t have a smartphone. We started off at a canter at the Opera House But I don’t know if it was the crowds forcing us to detour, or our inexperience, but we kept getting lost and got constant reminders from the app that we weren’t where we were meant to be. One of the areas with a description (Donner Fountain?) seems to have been demolished but that’s not the apps fault and it was kind of fun hearing what should have been there! By the time we got to the last attraction we were excellent at finding what was being point out by Alex in our ears and it was hugely enjoyable! I do wish we had been better at the start though - and whilst we understand that not everything could be included, it could have easily been a lot longer
