Hola! Ich bin Alp, ein hauptberuflicher Architekt. Ich lebe seit 2008 in Wien und komme aus einer jüdischen Familie in der Türkei. 2008 war auch das Jahr, in dem ich begonnen habe, die Rezepte meiner Familie näher kennenzulernen. Meine Familie hat eine lange Kochtradition mit Rezepten, die sowohl die Küchen Istanbuls auch Coruñas wiederspiegeln. Viel Olivenöl, viele Gewürze und viel Gemüse stehen im Mittelpunkt von meinen Gerichten. Sie sind aber nicht unbedingt vegan oder vegetarisch.

    Tapenade - Tapenade is olives leveled up! They come with Lemon, Garlic, and the secret ingredient, Colatura the Neapolitan fish sauce with a clean umami hit.

    Muhammara - Paprikas and eggplants are roasted in my home pizza oven to make two different spreads. In muhammara paprika is mixed with walnuts, pomegranate and cumin

    Hummus with Chorizo - This is the wintery version of hummus, served warm with delicious oils seeping out of the Chorizo.

    Hummus - A lemon and olive oil heavy nutty and intense hummus.

    Burrata, Orange, Lavender Oil - Creamy burrata with sweet sour oranges, with a floral oil made with lavender, elderberry and coriander seeds. Served with basil leaves.

    Lahmacun - Lahmacun are small flatbreads with a minced meat, onion, pomegranate and walnut topping

    Long Baked Tomatoes with Pomegranate and Urfa Pepper - Tomatoes are baked long and slow for this dish and topped with a chili oil with fruity urfa peppers.

    Smoky Eggplant Salad - The eggplant salad features smoky flavors along with lemon, garlic and chili peppers


    Orange, Avocado, Olives - No leaves. Summerly trio, with lemon vinaigrette.

    Kachumber - Indian salad with cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots, ginger coriander, radishes with lime and cumin vinaigrette.

    Cucumber, Avocado, Chipotle Peanuts - Hot, sour and crisp, a Southeast Asian inspided salad with lime vinaigrette and coriander.

    Tomato, Walnut, Pomegranate - Featuring also a range of black peppers this is the classic grill(kebab) house salad in Turkey. Order only in tomato season.


    3 Hour Baked Celery Root - Celery root wedges like you have never tasted. With Date&Black Garlic BBQ sauce and goat cheese.

    Börek - Phylo pastry with spinach paprika filling or minced meat filling. Topped with cheddar and nigella seeds. Served with a yoghurt dip.

    Baked Cauliflower with Hazelnut Salsa - Charred cauliflower, with a slightly sweet and tangy well spiced salsa out of hazelnuts, parsley, pomegranate seeds, sesame and spices.

    Sweet Potatoes and Cointreau on Seven Spiced Lambs Lettuce Salad - Baked sweet potato wedges with intense orange flavor, chili peppers and goat cheese served with warm spiced lambs lettuce.

    Shakshuka - Eggs cooked in a very intense tomato, paprika and herb sauce. To be eaten with lots of bread.

    Labneh Topped with Turmeric Spinach with Walnuts and Pomegranate Seeds - Spinach, parsley and coriander blanched together to make a complex flavored herb dish served with walnuts and pomegranate molasses. On a bed of thick yoghurt.

    Asparagus with Romesco and Balsamic - Asparagus with a delicious tomato based romesco sauce. Only available in asparagus season.


    Verjus & Paprika Chicken Skewers - Chicken marinated in verjus made out of grüner veltliner grapes, paprika paste and spices, skewered with lemon pieces and grilled.

    Spicy Lamb & Pine Nut Kebabs with Burnt Eggplant and Yoghurt Mash - Lamb shoulder mince, mixed with chili and pine nuts make this kebab. Served with a warm mash of grilled eggplants and yoghurt.

    Meatballs on Flatbread, Tomato Sauce and Garlic Yoghurt - Meatballs Turkish home style with a lot of parsley and thyme. With spicy flatbread, tomato sauce and garlic yoghurt.

    Stuffed Zucchini with Garlic Yoghurt and Chili Oil - Zucchini stuffed with herby Turkish home style meatballs, served with garlic yoghurt and chili garlic oil.

    Mackerel with Dried Tomato Tapenade - Lemon and orange marinated mackerel along an intense tomato olive tapenade with herbs.

    Salmon with Nduja Crust - Fried salmon fillets topped with the spicy spreadable Italian sausage and panko crust.
