The ride was very nice and we hit all the sites. Our driver Ernesto also spoke Spanish which was nice. He narrated the whole tour and was super friendly. I would recommend this tour to see all the sites.

The tour provider did not inform us of their allowable range of their so called “city center” for us to be picked up at the hotel. We were waiting for an hour and ended up going ourselves to the city area. They weren’t friendly enough too when we called them up on the phone. Once we reached the area, we realized that our tour guide doesn’t know how to speak English too so it was difficult to communicate. We just went with the flow but to be honest we felt that he was drunk at that time and everytime he was seeing ladies on the streets he was cat-calling at them which we find inappropriate. We didn’t also enjoy the view because apart from the car which has roof, we also weren’t allowed to go down much or at least very little time. So to us, it’s not worth teh trip, not worth your money. If I were you, just try to DIY or try e-scooter or carousel. But not this, I am afraid. You are just gonna put your money to wait. We would have been more understanding if this tour provider was transparent and friendly enough to tourist, but no. Got to be real. So think twice before you book this trip.

Perfect trip around Vienna with our guide. Arrived on time. Blankets available to keep your legs warm. Very informative tour by our young guide.

It was a great overview of the city. Our guide knew a lot of the history and was a good photographer so that we could get group shots. The only drawback was that the tour only included pickup and not drop off at the hotel.

Our guide collected us from the hotel, very efficient and courteous our trip lasted 1 hour showing us where the main sites were. I wouldn't say it's the most informative tour but if you are looking for something to do to get your bearings of where attractions/places are without taking a huge amount of time then I would recommend it.

Had a really friendly driver on this tour who recommended various sites / places to visit. Halfway through the tour we were given mulled wine. For a party of 5 it was not overly expensive and a nice treat. Saw the main sites in the centre of Vienna and it was good to get a locals recommendation of where to visit.

After a bad start due to some mix up at the tour company, no one had come to pick the 6 of us up at the hotel even after more than 90 minutes of waiting and numerous phone calls to the company. Finally we ended up getting ourselves to a pick up point after a tram ride and lots of walking ! However thankfully the Gold tour itself was pretty comprehensive and we had very nice driver. Unfortunately I can't remember his name. Just a word of advice to future purchasers of this tour, even an email confirmation of a hotel pick up not a surety that one will get picked at the hotel ! Reason given to us by the company was that the person who had confirmed pick up via email was on leave that particular day !!!
