Organising our university day trip with John was very smooth. Communication via email and phone calls was efficient, he arrived early on campus, ready for departure, and he even made accommodations for us with requested stops. The Grampians National Park blew us away (literally!) Despite the rain, we embraced the adventure of a lifetime, thanks to John and Melbourne Touring Company. Set at very affordable price with safety always ensured, 10/10 highly recommended! We loved the experience so much that we are now using Melbourne Touring Company for all our university day trips!

Had a great day trip to The Great Ocean Road with a group of friends in mini bus. Had plenty of great photo pics. had plenty of time & Laurence was a very good driver along winding & hilly road. He gave us plenty of local area knowledge & walking on rocks showing local shipwreck was a highlight. He did more than other tour guides on our holiday.Highly recommend this tour company. P.S. His music selection on way home was really good & finished off a great day out.

What an amazing day! Throughout the whole process, from planning and booking the trip, to executing and improvising on the day, John was fantastic to work with. He helped me create a fantastic hen's day for my best pal, with the perfect mix of listening to my ideas and providing expertise. We went to Arthur's Seat for the view, then wine tasting at Point Leo Estate, followed by a delicious degustation lunch at the Cup's Estate. The hot weather meant that last minute we couldn't go to Montalto Sculpture park or pick berries at Sunny Ridge Strawberry farm, but John thought quick on his feet and organised tasting at T'Gallant, and a strawberry and chocolate fondue feast at Sunny Ridge instead. Everyone raved about how wonderful the day was. I would definitely book a tour with John and MTC again.

Experienced guide Laurence took us to the Great Ocean Road. My family and I had an awesome day with him. Highly recommended to everyone, especially for big group, coach tour price with far more better services. Many unexpected bonus experience (like wild berry hunt, spotting wild koala and Kangaroo) which I believe couldn’t find in other tour. They also do other tour like Yarra Wineries and also welcome to tailor your own experience. Highly recommended and will definitely come back to them.

What a wonderful day out my husband and I had touring with John our driver for the day. From the moment he confirmed we would be the only two on the tour for the day and that he could personalise the day for us we were so excited and grateful that he didn't cancel or make us join another tour, instead we were treated like VIPs and definitely felt that way throughout the whole tour. Clean bus with fantastic aircon and comfy reclining chairs made all the difference as it is a big day of driving with wonderful stops throughout the day. 1. Puffing billy train through the dandenong ranges what a stunning experience being able to smell the trees around you and hear and smell the steam engine as it puffs along. John introduced us to the train volunteers and we were made to feel like VIPs as we waited to board the train. John then met us at the other end of the 1 hour train journey and made sure we were in the best spot to take a photo of us with the train engine and he did a marvelous job. 2. Emerald village bakery and Cafe we have seen nothing like it. Homemade beautiful delicacies, a juice bar, large dining area, even some pre-made salad options and lasagne which were huge to choose from. This was such a highlight for us you must visit and the service was wonderful here also 3. The Philip Island Grand Prix track was something we thought we'd check out since we were in the area and what a rush it was just watching the few cars doing a hot lap around the track. There is also a go kart course which looked fun and it all overlooks a gorgeous water backdrop. Great to have a look around and snap some pics. 4. Philip Island vineyard and Winery stopped here for a wine tasting and the new owners have done a marvelous job here it seems. The staff were wonderful and ever so helpful really friendly and the wine was wonderful definitely a must stop and visit place even for lunch the decor was stunning and the grounds so quaint and boutique. 5. On our way to the Penguin parade John took us to a few beaches along the way to look at rock pools and the sea life as well as the waves crashing along the rocks. Gorgeous and very private areas too not too many people around which is nice for a tourist spot. 6. The Penguin parade was a long wait in the cold but worth it to see the little waddle of the penguins as they came up the beach. John told us a lot about the penguins and the best spot to see their personalities really come out. Again John was patient and allowed us as much time as we wanted at each stop he would offer wonderful suggestions and take the best photos of us throughout the trip so we now have wonderful memories to take home with us. A wonderful tour company I highly recommend touring with this personalised tour maximum of 11 people makes for a more intimate experience. Thanks John for an amazing day out.
