Our guide Ellouise was exceptional. Her knowledge and enthusiasm on the history made the Centenary experience unforgettable. Thank you Ellouise. Then the restaurant staff at Fino exceeded our expectations with their service and selections of food and wine to suit our last minute changes to the set menu. Nothing was too difficult.

The Centenary tour was perfect in every way. To taste the 100 year old port was sensational and then to compare it to a year of birth vintage with both tastings being sourced direct from the barrel was better than hoped, even with very high expectations. A tour of the old homestead and the facilities with a history lesson was very entertaining and then to finish off with some tasting of current release wines made for an excelled day. Highly recommended.

What a wonderful experience, it is great to see and hear about the history of this estate but also to taste the fortified wine from our birth years and the 100 year old as well. I highly rate this tour

Dean was a great host for our centenary tour. It was interesting to see the differences in our birth year samples and then from the 100 year old barrels. The only reason for not giving 5/5 is that I would question the value, it was I think $378 for the two of us , Nonetheless it was a good experience

tasting the fortified wine from my date of birth and the 100 year old wine was clearly the best moment but David was also a great guide and full of information.

A great tour for people interested in the wine history of Australia. It puts a lot of perspective on the life and times of our forefathers. The port / tawny collection is an important part of Australia's wine history and the opportunity to taste from a few of those barrels is priceless. This is one of my go to tours whenever I bring overseas guests to the Barossa.

Today was perfect. Suzanne hosted the day, and it was more like a historical conversation than a tour, very personal! The tour was insightful, the wine was incredible. Above all I learned so much of the thousands of people who, over 140+ years have worked hard to build an amazing legacy. Do it…
