Another great tour by this company which offers excellent value for money. As with the day tour, the tour was made by our excellent guide Brahm. Despite the bad weather he kept the groups interest and delivered some more off beat facts about Bruges as well as a wonderful historical insight into this great city.

We had a fantastic tour with Victoria, she was interesting and engaging and we learnt a lot of interesting history and legends about beautiful Brugge. We absolutely loved it.

We spent the evening in a rather exceptional way. Our guide, Victoria told us many stories and legends during the tour and described the history of the city. She showed us a different side of Bruges that we enjoyed. Her narration skill was perfect. At the end, she helped us about our way back to the hotel and places for dinner. Overall, it was a very nice experence.

The tour went 30 minutes longer than expected and felt disorganized-- the tour guide mentioned he was the "substitute" so maybe this was the reason. It seemed like there were times he forgot to say something and then went back. The guide was nice but difficult to hear and would have benefited from a mic. Additionally, I guess this isn't the tour's fault but the guide mentioned we were getting shorted some of the stories because of young children in the group, so if you do join the tour I'd recommend not bringing young kids for the benefit of others.

Louie was a great tour guide. Fun group and we saw windmill! The beer at the end is actually not free. You must buy 1 then the other is free. Make sure to tip!

This review is regarding the listing information and not the actual tour. The tour shows a maximum of 6 people, but I am guessing that this is place to limit the number of people that can book on Trip Advisor. There we at least 20 people on this tour. Second, the tour was supposed to conclude at Bauhaus Pub and have a buy one get one free beer coupon, which it did not. Additionally, the itinerary was way off from what was mentioned, and while I understand it was an example, there were several interesting sights we did not visit, which were why I was interested in the tour. Also at the end I felt it was a bit cheeky that the guide unsolicitedly said people usually tip €10 per person. On other free tours usually the guide says please tip what you like but that they are only paid based on tips, which is much more polite than giving a "recommend price". At that point just charge €10 per person.
