Great way to travel to Bruges combined with small tour and ample free time. We enjoyed a great day in a beautiful, history-rich city

Sadly, we were expecting a lot more from this tour. Upon reading about the tour, prior to actually booking, it seemed to be quite a comprehensive tour loaded with information, of which my daughter and I were looking forward to experience. Once in Bruges, the tour was extremely meagre in comparison to what we were expecting and what was advertised. A chocolate tasting experience was due to be included in this tour, and all of the tour participants were looking forward to that. Upon completion of the guided tour and requesting the chocolate tasting segment, we were told that it was not happening as the shop was closed. Having paid for this comprehensive package, there was no form of alternative or compensation. Despite the clean and efficient transport to Bruges, the lack of provision regarding the content of the tour tainted the experience. For this reason, I cannot recommend this tour package to friends / family as it overpromised and under delivered.

The tour was wonderful! We learnt a lot about Bruges, its culture and history; and had our own free time to explore which was just perfect. Our tour guide Sergio was lovely and enthusiastic, clearly had a strong knowledge of the place and provided excellent recommendations for the rest of our visit

Easy, great place to visit in winter - not too many people so great photos and easy to get around. Easy to access good restaurants no queues or rushing.

This tour was the perfect balance between guided and free time. Our guide was very friendly and made the day enjoyable for all. We had a great and informative guided tour followed by a substantial 4 hours free time. The coach was very comfortable. The traffic was heavy coming home so it’s probably best to allow some extra time and the end of the day, however we know this would vary and completely out of the control of our driver. There was a separate driver, English guide and Spanish guide which made this tour efficient and added to the experience. Great day, would recommend!
