Enjoyed it so much, I booked a second tour the following morning. Great way to see the city with a long-time resident AND come away with some wonderful photos. As an extra bonus, Andy brought a folding bike for my wife, who is not a photographer, to come along on the workshop and share in the experience.

Andy was great! He gave us history of Brugge as well as photo tips and a way of changing up your first look at a photography subject. Very enjoyable time spent taking photos I would have missed!

I did the "Edges of Bruge" tour on Sunday morning. Andy is a smooth talker with a great knowledge about Bruges and even more about photography. He gave me a lot of tips and tricks, both about settings and composition. It was a very exciting and learning experience. I went home with a lot of beautiful photos. Looking forward to do the "Shades of Bruges" tour in fall.

If you love photography even just as a complete beginner like me, then this tour is for you. Andy is so patient and friendly and goes out of his way to help you get the best shots in Bruges. He tells you about Bruges while you're walking around and you dont walk far at all. When you stop at a location he immediately shows you his shots and then encourages you to try them or if you want to do something different then he's fine with that as well. From a beginner to an advanced you'll have a blast with Andy and the tour!

Andy is an inspiration for both the town of Brugge and the art of photography. He was incredibly generous in sharing his craft with us, and what made the tour truly special was that he customised his tips to our specific cameras. He used his own images to show what can be done with composition and light, and within two hours we no longer felt like novices. We are beginner/ intermediate photographers who Andy treated as peers and had such constructive feedback for all of our questions. He took us to a number of off-the-beaten-path locales where tourists and cars were less visible and gave us the time to enjoy the site and learn more about its importance, from both a historical and creative perspective. His passion for his city, his craft and for life in general shined through and left us feeling inspired and excited to continue our journey as aspiring travel photographers. Thank you Andy!

Andy an excellent and relaxed host, guiding us to scenic spots with some of his own shots to inspire us. Never overbearing and very helpful, assisting both beginner and more advanced photographers. Morning tour was great as we seemed to beat the majority of the tourist crowd, who appeared later through the day. Highly recommended.

What a fantastic 2 hours! This tour was the most fun thing I did on my trip. Not only did I get tips for taking better photos, but we got a very personalized tour, which my husband (non-camera +1) very much enjoyed. Andy was most kind and helpful to me, an amateur iPhone photographer. Love his photography philosophy. I cannot wait to edit the photos I took!
