We were late to the tour and missed the start but our guide came back to the office and led us on a fantastic walking tour. At this point in our vacation, we had done two other walking tours but this tour was our favorite by far! Our guide had excellent English and was very knowledgeable. When I shared that I was not as familiar with Belgium history, he stopped and gave us a brief overview starting from the 13th century. The tour was entertaining, honest, and thought provoking. It was customized to us, so great for all ages even our teens! What a wonderful way to see Brussels and learn about Belgium. We even got to try some Belgium chocolate!

Our guide (Hugo?) was friendly and well-informed, and the staff at the tour company was efficient. A very nice introduction to the city.

At the start of the tour it was difficult to hear the guide with the delivery trucks and a graduation ceremony going on in the plaza. Also the group of 18 was to large and with French and English being spoken to people in the group. Once we got on the bus the tour was much better.

Yasmine was an excellent tour guide! She was extremely knowledgeable of the subject matter, had our attention throughout the tour, addressed the group in multiple languages all the while demonstrating a great sense of humour! What a fantastic ambassador for your tour company!

The tour itself was wonderful; we learned a lot about the history and architecture of Brussels on our walk. The bus portion of the tour gave us a good overview of the entire city. But... what made this tour was Jasmine! She spoke four different languages in succesion, never pausing for the correct word. She would speak in English, then repeat it in French, Spanish , and Flemish. It ws amazing to behold!

Tour guide was excellent. Knowledgeable and engaging. He did the tour in at least 3 languages. He was able to give answers to questions about the Jewish community in Brussels.

A nice general view of Brussels. On foot we saw the Grand Place with s little history. Bus tour was one stop st Atomium for pics, couple minutes stop for pics of gate to park. Rest of trip seeing sights. Guide was excellent but everything was translated into three languages so minimal information was given about everything we saw. The info anout tour said it was English speaking, English, French, and Spanish.

This was a very thorough city tour of Brussels with your very knowledgeable, multilingual tour guide Stephane. We were quite impressed. Les Prihoda Montreal
