We booked a trip last minute whilst in Bulgaria, Varna but unfortunately we were taken to the wrong port, so I heard. We tried on several occasions to reason with the operator and help them understand our problem but to no avail. Each time I tried to call I would be asked to call again and I bet they were just buying their time to ensure the funds had been released from my bank. Even though they had promised to give us vouchers now they are no longer reachable. I feel this is so bad business practice. I regret 100% why we had a last minute booking and for £226, this is no easy money.

We love boats and this one was another business trip to Varna. We decided to try it and it was great. Our partners enjoyed it very much. Recommend with both hands

The view was excellent, but it will be nice that in the near future to have some life vest's for those that doesn't know how to swim 😅

Great trip, had a good lunch, nice swim in a beautiful bay and the crew, especially the captain was very friendly and made me feel included as he was checking in with me since I was the only one not speaking Bulgarian. Extra points for the music and the nice drinks.

1. The day prior to the trip, we were contacted by the guide who explained that it would primarily be younger persons (25-40 years old) on the boat, and that there would be a banana boat attached to the main boat, which could be used at some point. We are in our early 30’s, so we thought this would be fine. In reality, the other passengers were a group of around 40 teenagers, not 25-40 year olds. 2. A few minutes after leaving the habour, we were informed by our guide (on WhatsApp) that the boat was above capacity and that we would be taken off the boat to ride on a speedboat. It turns out that that speedboat would be driving the banana boat around in circles with the teenagers on it. We refused and were "allowed" to stay on the main boat. 3. All information was given in Bulgarian and nothing in English. This meant that we did not receive any practical nor security information. 4. We sailed only a few kilometers up the coast (beach) and practically did not see any of the coastline. Besides around 15 minutes where we could swim in the ocean, we spent the 3 hours sitting in the boat and watching teenagers drive around on a banana boat. 5. When there was finally some time to swim, we were given only 15 mins to do so. In reality, it was only possible to swim around for a few minutes, because the teenagers were queuing up to jump in the water one by one. 6. On our way back to the harbour the teenagers put on a karaoke which meant a lot of yelling over the loudspeakers and not a pleasant sail back to the harbour. 7. In the end we were served lunch, which consisted of cold mackerel, some tomatoes and a piece of cheap cheese. 8. In summary, we paid more than 200 lev per person to ride a few kilometers up the coast, sit in a boat for 3 hours watching teenagers drive around in a banana boat, and then sailed back.

It was truly worth its money. We did 5 boat trips in the last 2 years everywhere in Europe, and this was by far the one we enjoyed most. Easy going atmosphere, friendly staff and great food. More than enough time to swim around the boat.

I really enjoyed this trip when I was in Varna. Calm sea, great captain speaking bad English but very enjoyable and superb food, eat as much as you want!

We really enjoyed the boat and the food. The boat was modern and very comfy, the captain was explaining about the region and was telling us jokes.The food was prepared on the boat, we had mackerel from Black Sea, the salads were abundant and unlimited drinks. My friends were extremely happy from the time spend, that's truly the best boat experience that we have had in Bulgaria so far. Thanks!
