Product description
We’ll meet at a “secret” location in the middle of the city center, just steps away from the main Serdika metro station. Our place is very unique and it has an authentic and aristocratic style! Elegant music and vintage atmosphere will accompany you while we offer you a taste of 4 carefully prepared homemade traditional Bulgarian desserts.
Two types of homemade banitsa according to an old Bulgarian recipe; traditional Bulgarian mekitsa (local pastry which can be eaten with both sweet and salty); organic homemade yogurt (which is traditional for the Bulgarian cuisine) with unique local honeydew honey and nuts (special Bulgarian farmer’s honey, which is produced only in one place in Bulgaria and has an exceptional taste and color) and two types of Bulgarian delight.
The tasting also includes – local healing tea (you can choose between 5 types) with farmer’s honey (you can also choose between 5 types) and a traditional Bulgarian drink – boza.
During the experience, you will hear a lot of stories about our desserts, sweets, tea, and history. This will make your experience very pleasant and memorable and you’ll have the pleasure to taste the sweet side of Bulgaria!
