Our driver and tour guides were great! Lots of driving in this particular tour, but the guides are friendly and informative and there is a bit of free time given before the ride back to Sofia.

Pick-up was on time. Good people in the van to Skopje. A little bit of a hiccup with the paperwork from the operator to cross the border, but they bought us coffee and we did not miss anything. Local tour guide in Skopje was nice; the walking tour was quite fast, but it allowed for more free time afterwards.

Excellent tour from start to finish. The drive there is quite long but the driver stops plenty of times for a break. The tour itself was well organised and didn't feel rushed

It was a fantastic trip. A good option for one day escape from Sofia. Skopje is not that far by car which makes the tour more attractive. The tour guide Billy is fantastic. It was really nice to have the road trip with her. Our second guide in Skopje Lena gave a sufficient historical framework without getting too deep in details. I appreciated having 2 hours on my own in the city. Thank you all!

Took this tour to tick off another country, which in reality we would never visit on its own. The five-star rating is for the Bulgarian guide/driver, Rossan(?). He was extremely knowledgeable, and the four-hour drive to Skopje went by fast, as we discussed the history and politics of the entire Balkan region and specifically North Macedonia. Skopje itself is something to be seen, as the undertones of a new country trying hard to find its own identity and history is abundantly clear. If you are a fan of statues then Skopje will be a paradise for you. The tour was well worth more than just a new stamp in the passport.

Instead of flying, I used this to do the tour and got dropped off in Skopje after. The tour company was great in communication. The driver was knowledgeable but his point of view was very passionate. Anyone can have opinions but it got to a point where he was disagreeing about my own country. Tour guide in Skopje was a nice lady and I was able to learn her point of history which is different than the driver’s. I would recommend doing a quick factual history before.

This is a great excursion if you are looking to explore Skopje. Both guides spoke great English and were both friendly and accommodating. There is not much to do in Skopje so this tour sums up the area and its history very well. Would highly recommend to other travellers based in Bulgaria and looking to explore North Macedonia.

Our driver from Sofia and tour guide in Skopje were very friendly and excellent. Trip were organized very well.
