Honestly, it was exactly the kind of escape I needed to recharge my spirit and connect with nature.

I savored a traditional Moroccan breakfast of msemen, honey, and mint tea, the perfect fuel for the day ahead. The gentle breeze and the distant call to prayer created a peaceful ambiance, a stark contrast to the vibrant chaos I've grown accustomed to in the city. It felt like a moment stolen from time, a perfect start to a day dedicated to exploration and tranquility.

Soon after, my tour guide arrived, and we set off towards the Atlas Mountains. I even managed to learn a few new dance moves! I am not sure Klaus would approve of my late night, but sometimes a girl needs to dance.

It is almost the end of my trip, and I am starting to plan my return with Klaus and Ama. I think they will both love it here.

I'm also making a mental note to pick up an adapter for Moroccan outlets – it's been quite the challenge keeping my devices charged! And perhaps a lightweight scarf for sun protection would be wise, given the intensity of the desert sun. These little lessons are all part of the adventure, and I'm embracing them with open arms. I think I will sleep well tonight.
