As the day drew to a close, I treated myself to a delicious dinner at Westerås Restaurant. The restaurant was perched on a hillside, offering stunning views of the fjord. I ordered the local specialty, grilled salmon with roasted vegetables, and savored every bite. The salmon was cooked to perfection, and the vegetables were bursting with flavor. It was the perfect way to end a perfect day.

I'm particularly looking forward to the hike to Skageflå, an abandoned farm high above the fjord. I've heard the views are incredible, and I'm eager to challenge myself physically and mentally.

As I head back to my guesthouse, I can't help but feel grateful for this opportunity. Life in Dublin is comfortable, but sometimes it's important to step outside of your comfort zone and explore the world. And Norway, with its stunning landscapes and rich history, is the perfect place to do just that. I can't wait to see what tomorrow brings.
