The story telling was very poor… at least one break could have been taken for coffe or tea. No break and continue rounding is boring

I could not find a schedule online to identify what time the bus would be at each stop and so has to phone the help line. I got the info I needed and we grabbed a lunch to eat on the bus only to find that no food was allowed on the bus. Ok, so we had a quite bite in 2 minutes and boarded. The technology to listen to the pre-recorded narrative was easy and good. The narrative was interesting enough. However, the views from the bus were mostly obscured by trees. We saw very little views. Also, the notification of the hop on/hop off stops were inconsistent: sometimes clearly announced and other times not announced at all. And, with no live person on the bus to ask questions of (the driver did not speak English), it was a one-sided tour. Very disappointed.

It seemed to us that this was run by the city, as the girl taking the tickets on the bus was also working in the tourist centre. Consequently, it wasn't the usual rip-off by the usual global company that runs these things in most cities across the world (including our own). We were charged €14 together for what was nearly a 2 hour tour and as such was an incredible bargain.
It gave a great view of all parts of the city, and is the easiest way to and from the Mercedes museum.
One criticism - whoever thought having the English commentary as a "conversation" between a grandfather and his granddaughter was a good idea, needs slapping with a wet lettuce. It may have been informative, but 100% cringeworthy.

Good and comfortable, it has some important points of the city on the way. Nothing to complain about this.

Listening to the history of Stuttgart. I wish the bus driver could have slowed down in the hills so I could have taken better pictures of the valley

Tour bus did not stop at the places it was supposed to. When I got off at one of the stops, I came back 45 minutes later to wait for the next hourly bus. I ended up waiting well over an hour and gave up before I took a city bus back to near the main train station. An unreliable tour. Back at the office, they were not hospitable to my views. A poor effort all around.

Great experience, my daughter and I got off the bus at three stops, which took us four hours overall on the trip. That's great when you visit the city for the first time; the bus takes you to the most exciting sights in the city. Highly recommended.

Good experience, efficient. We stopped at Mercedes museum along the blue route, and we were quite exhausted after that to spend time at other stops. Very enjoyable, nice narration in English

Not very clear about pickup places. If you start later in the day and what to stop to see museum or something else it really shortens your availability to take other bus routes they offer. Blue line gave us beuatiful views of the entire city.

A nice way to get around and get to know the main tourist attractions in town! Stuttgart is a beautiful city. It is worth the vist and at least a week stay!
