Even the smallest companies will want to celebrate Christmas. Don't worry if you only have 10 or fewer employees, it can still be a great party

Here are four ideas to help you celebrate Christmas in style:

  1. Celebrate in the workplace
A very innformal option but you can decide to use the company's own premises to hold the party in. In this way you save money on a venue that you can spend on a little more fun things for the evening - eg delicious catering or have your own bar.
  2. Go to a restaurant
Look for a restaurant that has a small private room, special area or large table for your group. You should still have the flexibility to decide the framework for the evening. Perhaps a venue serving Christmas food or perhaps something unique such as Mexican or Thai? - There are many options.
  3. Christmas games
Games will help a small group talking and break down barriers. Look for a game that everyone will be happy to get involved and quickly get the party started.
  4. Look for a shared party
Some venues will focus on shared Christmas parties. One big venue with food and entertainment provided. You may have your own table, or even share a table with other companies. Great for networking, meeting new people, and the entire evening is organized for you.

You now know there are no good reasons why you should not host a Christmas party, even though there are only a few participants. With these 4 ideas, you are ensured a great party

Cheers - Have a great Christmas party!
