We had an excellent time and our guide Victor was very friendly and made the effort to speak in our native language (French) to make sure everybody could follow I would recommend this agency to do the excursions in Rovaniemi and will keep their contact details for next time

Four of us took this tour - and it was wonderful in all aspects. The driver//guide was professional, on time, knowledgeable, safe and courteous. What else could you ask for? The drive itself was wonderful through magnificent scenery. The time at the wildlife park was organised perfectly - time to see what there was to see, then enjoy a provided lunch. In summary - if you have the opportunity, take this tour. You will not be disappointed.

Perfectly organised - we were taken from Santa Clause village directly to Ranua Zoo. Alex was very helpful - told us a lot about zoo, animals and Finland as well. The zoo itself was really nice and very good option when you are travelling with kids as we had. Really. we can recommended it!

We had a great day at Rauna Zoo with Alex. It was easy being picked up from the hotel and all we had to do was sit back and relax. Alex had good info about the animals there as well. Can recommend this tour. It was great for our family of 4.

This was the first activity of our trip to Finland; get to know the wildlife. It's a good start to the journey, a relaxed start so that we knew what we might encounter in the rich forests in the following days when we would go out. Alex was our guide, a very friendly and pleasant man with a good knowledge of the animals. He told little stories about it and constantly did his best to lure the animals to the wire so that we could get a closer look at them. Even though it is a zoo, it is different from our hometown because it only focuses on the local wildlife. During the second half of the tour, there will be a break to warm up by a homemade fire. A nice surprise is that the area of ​​the zoo is also home to the local chocolate and wine factory. After the tour of the zoo, and after a delicious buffet lunch, you will have some free time to browse the chocolate and wine shop. I am glad I did this activity as a calm start to the Finnish journey, with the first enrichment of information. Note that some animals are indoors during the winter season, and are therefore not visible. Yet there were plenty of other animals present. Also a good word for the company itself; it is very nice that the organization communicates clearly about the collection time, they are very accessible. Recommended doing!

Alex was very friendly and knowledgeable, with many entertaining stories about the animals and the zoo itself. Great at building fires, 😂 something that shouldn’t be missed in the zoo at -22…. Definitely recommend both the experience and the tour!

Helt okej pris men många inhängnader var tomma och såg inte ens någon personal i parken. Tredje gången vi var där och det känns som att den förfallit för varje gång. Lekparken är kul. Trodde att det skulle finnas en plats att klappa djur men man fick inte gå in och elstängsel.
