We stayed at the eidillio suites one night and paid £99 , if we wanted to use the wood stove we would have to pay 10 euros extra for the wood in the basket , there was no drinking water in the fridge and no milk for tea or coffee other than some little taps that tasted not very good , there was only one face towel for both of us and one each bath towels that could not go round our bodies (we are not big ) when the lady came to get paid on the Sunday morning before we left she smirked and said she had no change , aleka was brilliant in her communication but we did not see her , We could have gone to a hotel and have breakfast as well for the same money , Will not be going again , especially after speaking to them and gave the feedback, and nothing was done , Thanks

Wonderful experience! Everything was excellent: from the first welcome wine of glass, through the very nice and interesting winery tour, then delicious dinner in extraordinary environment. The guest bedroom was nice, comfortable, with charming view from balcony to surrounding hills and vineyards. Breakfasts were delicious, on both mornings. Thank you Liz and Joe for the very nice weekend!

We visited O'Vineyards for one night on our travels around the South/ South West of France. We stayed in lots of lovely places, and visited lots of vineyards but this was a real highlight. A truly wonderful experience! The wine tour was very relaxed and informative. We enjoyed being able to taste the wine straight out the barrels and learning about Joe and the families journey into wine production. He was great at answering all our questions. The dinner provided by Liz was beautiful and all served with a selection of very enjoyable wine. They were both excellent hosts and great company. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the vines (with a glass of wine of course!) was a really memorable moment for us. A thoroughly enjoyable trip to O'Vineyards!

Really enjoyed the experience and friendliness of both Joe and Lynn. Our fellow guests made the night and tour memorable. I would recommend this for a educational no pressure tour. You will not be disappointed and the quality of the wine was fantastic thanks to both Joe and Lynn’s dedication.

The wine tour was great. We were poured a lovely Chasan white wine and walked into the vineyards with Joe as he explained what grapes were growing in which areas and his plans for additional grapes. He then took us into the winery where we were able to taste the Cabernet, Merlot, and Syrah from the fermentation tanks as Joe explained the winemaking process. We were then able to blend the three components to taste as well. Then we went into the barrel room and tasted some wine from the barrel. The wines were all quite good although not finished yet. We also tasted several of the wines from bottle. Joe answered questions and we talked about wine-making and his philosophy. Just a wonderful time. You can even buy wine either to take or to be shipped home (even to the US) .

After a long and warm car ride, it was wonderful to arrive at the winery where we received a nice bottle of white wine and were shown into a large and beautiful room. You suddenly get the feeling of traveling back in time when you enter the room with a view of the vineyard and with antique furniture. Afterwards we had an interesting tour around the vineyard where we heard about the background of several of the wines as well as how the process works. We tasted 5 different wines and we were shown around the beautiful landscape and the exciting wine cellar. The evening ended with a multi-course dinner and delicious dessert. The best part was to share our dinner with Joe and Liz, the owners of the place. We felt like part of the family. The whole experience from start to finish is filled with charm, good wine and food and of course the wonderful people taking care of us. We feel at home here and will definitely return. Recommend everyone to take the trip.

In the middle the vineyards we were taught by Joe about his beautiful wines and in the evening we enjoyed more wines and Liz’ lovely dinner. The room was comfortable with a good bed and shower. It was a 20 out of 20 😃!

We booked the 1 night tour, dinner and overnight stay as a little escape from our kids (who were staying with my parents up the road!), and it was the perfect getaway. Liz and Joe are brilliant hosts - the right balance of welcoming chat, fun stories, and leaving us to enjoy our evening later on. The house and garden areas are stunning for an evening sunset (and morning breakfast on the terrace), and the bedroom we had was beautiful, luxurious and got a great shower and AC. The food that Liz cooked was outstanding, the best dinner we had on this trip. We spend a lot of time in this area of France, and it was unique to explore Joe's creativity with a bigger variety of grapes and blends than is typical of this region and much of the Minervois. Naturally we have come away with a copious supply of beautiful wine, but there was absolutely zero sales push from Liz & Joe. We genuinely loved their interesting wine! We chose to leave our kids behind (!), but we could see that Liz would be beyond accommodating of anyone who wanted to come with children. Despite being a stone's throw from Carcassonne, it feels very quiet and safe, the dining room opens out to flat decking and ample space for children to play around during/after dinner etc. We would love to come back... thank you both for a really lovely stay at your beautiful winery.

We spent a very enjoyable day with Liz and Joe at O Vineyards. They are warm and friendly hosts and excellent company. The tour, wine and food is second to none and I would not hesitate in recommending a visit. If I could award them more than 5 stars I would!

My sister and I became a fan of this Vineyard. We spent two wonderful nights in the company of Liz and Joe. We were welcomed with a chilled glass of a wonderful white wine. We started the visit of the vineyard and carry on with the tasting of they just incredible red wine. After the visit, Liz was waiting for us for a delicious home cooked meal. The room, the wine tasting, the visit of the vineyard, the food, everything was perfect and we really thank Liz and Joe for making our stay so special. We really felt to be part of their close friends.
