Our booking confirmation included the use of audio, but also indicated the tour would be in English. However it was all in French and no translation audio either. The tour guide was totally dismissive and couldn’t have cared less even though he spoke English. He asked if we’d booked with Viator and then just laughed as if to say...... ‘ ha, say no more’. There is a lot of climbing of stairs.

Wonderful experience of the backstage of the Printemps from underground till the top of the "Coupole". Our guide, Nicolas, showed enthusiasm in sharing interesting explanations of history and current situation of the "Printemps". He demonstrated care to the needs of the different members of our group and took the necessary time to answer to many questions, Highly recommanded !

We enjoyed the English language tour with Caroline more than we had anticipated. She was very efficient, knowledgeable and presented the facts with such an enthusiasm that she could hold our attention with great interest for the whole hour and a half. Impressive views of the city from the roof. We would recommend this tour with confidence.

We very much enjoyed an English language tour with Caroline. There were only 4 of us in total on the tour, and we learned a lot about the development of Paris and the evolution of retail. The store is pretty overwhelming, in 3 different buildings, but with Caroline's guidance, we saw the basement, the ceiling behind the beautiful stained glass cupola, and much much more. Highly recommended, especially on a rainy day when the outdoor attractions of Paris are not so attractive.

Excellente visite ! Nous avons été très contentes de pouvoir découvrir les secrets du printemps avec notre guide. D'une terrasse privée jusqu'à la coupole en passant par les sous-sol. Plusieurs anecdotes que nous garderons en mémoire lorsque nous visiterons à nouveaux ces grands magasins.

Visite effectuée le 07.10, très beau temps ce jour là qui a permis d'apprécier la vue depuis le dôme. Contenu de la visite intéressant et temps suffisant même si pas tjrs le temps de poser des questions car le temps de visite est écoulé. La visite se termine au dernier étage, il serait intéressant de proposer aux personnes qui ne souhaitent pas rester dans le magasin, de les aider à retrouver la sortie...j'ai un peu galéré mais c'est peut être le but afin que la visite se termine par des achats. Moi je ne restais pas à Paris (train à prendre). Pourquoi ne pas proposer à ceux qui ont du temps de prolonger en proposant un tarif afin d'aller boire un verre ou plus dans la café-brasserie : permettrait de prolonger la visite en profitant de la vue.

Visite parfaite selon moi: en une heure et demie, nous avons « navigué » du 3e sous-sol jusqu’à la coupole du Printemps, et appris plein de choses intéressantes, curieuses avec une guide qui a parfaitement orchestré et animé la visite. Un grand bravo et un grand merci !

Déçue par cette visite car je m’attendais à visiter les coulisses donc par définition des lieux inaccessibles au public or la majorité de la visite se déroule dans des lieux publics. Espaces de vente ou extérieurs. Environ seulement 20% de la visite concerne les « coulisses ». Par ailleurs on n’entendais pas la guide. Un petit micro serait bienvenu.

Aucun intérêt. Il est facile de voir la terrasse depuis le 7e étage du magasin homme et d'admirer la coupole au dernier étage du magasin femme. Pour le reste, beaucoup d'escalators et une promo ade dans les sous-sols qui ne servent à rien
