We could not gain access on the express tour elevator to Eiffel bc it was bit operational . We had to wait in long line. the tour guide told us we could get a refund cut took doling that way . Bc if Tina we were able to do boat ride but not City your . Again they said we can get refunded . They were very apologetic and courteous otherwise . It was an unfortunate experience bc of that .

This trip was not what it advertised. The Overview literally says, "Don’t miss the views of Paris from the Eiffel Tower at night" -they sent us to the Tower first AT 2:30pm!! This was the whole reason I booked the tour. :( I was not able to find times ANYwhere my receipt, nor ANYwhere on the Viator site. This proved to be very unfortunate because the description said "4 hours approx" and began at 2:15. Then we find out the bus tour part (1 hour) does not even begin until 6:00pm, so we could not even enjoy that part of our tour package as we had dinner reservations (I had 7:00 reserved near by since 2:15 + 4 hours = 6:15ish. I figured 7:00 was a safe bet.) The only live tour guide was at the meeting point; he gave us the tickets for the Tower and boat, gave an address where to meet the bus, walked us 1 block to the Tower (as if we couldn't find the Eiffel Tower on our own??), then he left. It was not a "Tour" at all. Pretty disappointed overall- we could have easily done these activities without giving Viator money to essentially print tickets for us to use.

I don't normally write these, but yeah the guide was uninterested and didn't give any information at all to the group. Unorganized and the river cruise and bus tour are not even part of a tour. They simply give you tickets for these two with zero interaction nor interesing information. I didn't even finish the tour since it left such a bad taste in my mouth. I requested a refund for the terrible experience, and the refund was denied. It looks like customer service is not a priority for this company. Or at the very least, this specific tour and staff.

We were a family of 5, 2 adults and 3 grandchildren visiting Paris. Everyone enjoyed seeing the Eiffel tower, going on the bus tour and taking a very relaxing boat cruise on the Seine River. This activity was enjoyed by all.

Meeting place is clearly marked for all activities. Guides are very kind. City tour audio could be better. Sometimes you don’t know what area you are in.

I wish we could have just been sent our tickets to the Eiffel Tower and the boat tour. We didn't realize the city tour was a bus tour and separate from the boat tour. Also that it was not going to start until 4 hours after the "tour" started (not a tour because you meet and get your ticket then it's Eiffel Tower and boat on your own, but we actually preferred it that way to what we expected). We got what we wanted and skipped the bus and bus tours don't appeal to our group.

Overall, this was a good tour, and since you are getting three activities (Eiffel Tower, bus tour, and river cruise), it's a fair price. Our bus tour guide, Alexander, was outstanding. He was very personable and had our family laughing at numerous times due to his witty humor. His English was also excellent. The Seine River cruise part of the package was a bit disappointing. I was expecting a smaller, more intimate cruise, but there were about 200 people on a flat boat, and there is no guide for this portion. While there was plenty of seating on board, there weren't enough seats for everyone to sit outside. The view from inside was decent as there were floor to ceiling windows, but it was slightly obstructed and the air was surprising stifling. But once I stood out by the railing with an unobstructed view and was able to feel the breeze, it was a lot better experience.

Finishing the tour. Not a tour at all. We’re left to our own devices. Would definitely have been better off just doing the sections yourself. No help, no guides.
