My daughter and grandmother love to have tea parties at home so when I saw this as an option for our time in London, I knew my girl would love it. The pick up location is inside of the bus terminal so we were able to use the restroom before starting on the hour and a half experience. The bus is decorative, the food and snacks are beautifully presented, and the staff (Daniella & Tarik) were very accommodating. There were six families on board, so we all got to sit up top and had a great view of the London streets while a narration played, identifying the historic locations around town. After the walking we did and the visit to the museum and shops, this afternoon tea bus was a great way to spend a relaxing afternoon seeing the sights.

What a great way to start a week in London. It was fun to go sound the city, seeing major attractions, while sipping a good cup of tea and enjoying nice sandwiches and desserts. I highly recommend.

We had an amazing time thanks to Nella, Robina and Jeremias. Service was outstanding, the food was very good and we very much appreciated the take away boxes at the end of the tour. We enjoyed the tour as parents and our daughter had such a great time! It was a fun experience!

Bus 1 12:30 13/04/24 Booking: Had a couple of issues when booking our tour (our fault), these were resolved extremely quickly thanks to Andreea and Eli. 10 out of 10! The staff: Cannot fault them, from Charles greeting us at the gate to Tom looking after us on the bus. 10 out of 10! The afternoon tea: The cakes - out of this world! A great selection and plenty of them, 10 out of 10! The scones - served warm with good quality jam and clotted cream, 10 out of 10! The savouries - the turkey ham & cheese finger and salmon & cucumber pretzel were outstanding! Wasn’t too keen on the rest, but the selection was plentiful. 7 out of 10! The bus: A lovely old 1960s Routemaster, very nostalgic with a great atmosphere and great music. 10 out of 10! Would we recommend / do it again? A resounding yes / yes.

Very happy with everything! We booked the whole bus as a private hire to celebrate our wedding (April 2024) Everything was absolutely perfect! The initial booking was all done by email and phone, and we mainly dealt with the very helpful Elena. On the day, driver Peter and the team on board were all fantastic. We were also lucky enough to get a great route (despite the half marathon road closures!). Thank you all once again for everything, everyone loved it and had a great time on board. Martha & Dave booked as a private hire April 2024.

The tour is a very novel idea and the commentary and music were good. My wife and I were a little disappointed with the food as we felt it was sparse considering the cost of the tour which we discovered would have been cheaper booking direct rather than using a pre-paid voucher, Seats were a little cramped but the sights seen were enjoyed

Very touristy thing to do and totally loved it. I had been planning to go by myself if I couldn't find anyone to join (or if too embarrassed to ask) but I found a friend to go with me. I agree with a previous post that it took far too long to get the tea, and didn't love that it was served in a sippy cup. My only other complaint is it was really difficult to find the onboarding, and had to wait in line for quite a while. Also some confusion about where I would be dropped off. Other than that...totally fun!
