Poor directions, and when my iPad powered off I was not able to log in using my phone. Wasted an afternoon. Could get a refund either.

Wasn’t the best online walking game/ treasure hunt I’ve ever done. Was a bit dull to be honest, and only took you round a tiny part of Cambridge. Some of the clues we guessed without needing to go there. Black gates for example. One part required you to go back on yourself- Cambridge is big- do we really need to retrace steps? Was just a bit dull. We’d done one in London not so long ago and it was fab, so maybe I had high expectations.

Sadly we didn’t enjoy the experience - it’s one person on the phone as the other reads the instructions The instructions sadly aren’t to clear

Loved the concept and the implementation is great too, with easy to follow instructions. And great storytelling. Recommended!

Having been given the wrong directions by the game at the the gates of Trinity College. Was this due to Covid Lockdown maybe? Please respond if you'd like further details as it was spoilt at this point and so then we gave up on the game. Shame.

This was a great way to get to know Cambridge. The story was fun, the clues weren't too easy or too difficult and we stopped and had dinner in-between clues :) Definitely recommended for new places where available!

This game was so fun, educational and we would love to do it wherever we visit! It was the second day for us to explore the city when we tried this game and we thought we already know the city more or less. As soon as we started this game, we are more continuously looking out for Crests, Signs, buildings, and street’s name and it helped us to discover the perspective of the city that we wouldn't have seen otherwise. Highly recommend it!

Great way to see a bit of Cambridge and learn some interesting facts. We couldn't access the game initially and I have to say the Customer Service is 100% , they sorted us out in minutes.

We enjoyed the Cambridge quest with 2 of our friends. We were looking for a social distancing activity that would teach us some facts about Cambridge, the Quest gave it a fun twist.

We have been put into tier 4, alongside Cambridge, and therefore was unable to go. In spite of me asking a refund (although to be perfectly fair this should have been given instinctively due to the current crisis we are in) they have failed to do so. I now keep receiving texts from them asking me to rate my experience, which non of us could have, even if we lived in Cambridge. All other places have refunded our money without prompting! Disappointing.
