Buses were frequent and the driver (female) on my tour was very helpful. She recommended I upgrade my ticket (£6) so it could be used on the other two routes in the City (Green and Blue "Regal"). This was definitely worth doing, especially as the Regal Route goes to the Royal Yacht Britannia.

Viator receipt was NOT recognized by bus company, BUT due to the graciousness of the Scottish folk they let us on. The trip was a 5 but the booking was a 1. Scottish are awesome people, extremely friendly people!!!

Great service - really safe driver. Special mention to ground staff - agents at St Andrew's Square Edinburgh. Praise isn't always mentioned about cheerful, helpful prople in orange jackets but we met Ilaria and she was a great ambassador for Edinburgh and this wonderful bus tour company.

you have to do this. it gives you the best chance to see Edinburgh. there is commentary in languages such as english, italian and french. if you have children, then there is horrible histories commentary, which is read by the author of the horrible histories books, Terry Deary. you can also use your ticket to get discounts at certain shops. it is valid for 24 hours after you buy it. great fun and very interesting

We went on the Green bus tour , there was a tour guide named Nadia on the bus with us , so knowledgeable but such a lovely funny personality we were laughing most of the way . I think its only the Green bus that has a tour guide on them so well worth it i feel . It's a must do event in Edinburgh

Visited with my husband and 12 year old. Completely worth the money. Takes you all over Edinburgh. Previously used in London and it was just as great.

This was worth the money. Informative and a great way to get around! I am very happy we booked this.

Great option for a wet day in Edinburgh! Very good staff and a great way to see a lot more of Edinburgh than you are likely to see on foot.

Suzanne_S

Informative and the bus driver was very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions she was asked. Useful you can get on at any stop

I was shocked how much I enjoyed this bus ride. The headphones are easy to use, the commentary is great, and the drivers are very helpful. The buses come every 12 minutes and it is so easy to use them. The ticket is also good for 24 hours so you can plan an afternoon into a morning if it fits your schedule better. This was an add-on for us but will be a priority in future trips.
