We're really enjoyed our brewery tour - Paul was an excellent guide/teacher/entertainer, his beer knowledge is exceptional and the beer selection was great as well. Highly recommended

This is a really good beer tour experience visiting some excellent small breweries in the east end of London with a knowledgeable and highly invested beer sommelier, Paul, who explains the history and evolution of the beer scene as well as how to correctly taste beer in order to get the true flavour notes. Would definitely recommend this tour to anyone, from people who don’t drink beer and want to know a bit more to those who regularly drink beer, like me, and want to expand their knowledge and have a good night along the way!

Thank you Paul for a thoroughly enjoyable and informative tour last Friday night in the East End. From learning how to taste beer to all the facts and the process involved in making it, even a seasoned beer drinker will find this tour enlightening. That coupled with visits to some lovely Tap Houses, I have never enjoyed Cambridge Heath Road more! Not only does Paul share his knowledge but he is very warm and personably so it’s just feels like you are out with your mate for drinks! I would wholeheartedly recommend this tour!

When I was invited on a tour of local micro breweries I wasn’t sure what to expect. I had visions of bearded middle-aged men in chunky knit sweaters, huddled together conspiratorially, discussing the virtues of dark and fetid concoctions with names like “Old Bishop’s Scrotum” or “Witch’s Toenails” or something similar, and to be honest I wasn’t entirely looking forward to it. I'm happy to report that we had a wonderfully entertaining, educational and informative evening in the company of Paul, whose knowledge and enthusiasm for the science and craft behind the pint you're drinking was absolutely irresistible. It was a great time in great company and I'm definitely going to do the South London tour. Highly recommended.

Paul is beyond knowledgeable about beer, and could answer every question about the history of London beer or any other beer fact. It was such a great experience to have someone guide you through this fascinating section of London of micro breweries under historic railroad arches. If you like beer, you will have a great time trying more than the same 5 beers in every pub in London. Cheers!

What an excellent evening we had with Paul. We had waited a long time for this evening as it was bought for us a family gift Christmas 2019 but Covid put paid to that for a while, even so there was no problem redeeming our voucher. The other guests had dropped out so it was just the 3 of us and Paul but that in no way detracted from the evening. Paul took the time to make us feel at east from the very beginning and get to know us to make it a very special evening. Thank you so much Paul

We had a great three-hour Tap Room tour on Friday with Paul and his colleague Noel. Four Tap Rooms from Bethnal Green to Mare Street, Hackney. Paul and Noel are both very knowledgeable, friendly, good company and made it a fun and convivial evening. Will definitely do another tour with Paul and have already recommended it to friends.

Wonderful experience to amazing craft breweries - tap rooms, guided by an expert like Paul who shared with us all his broad beer knowledge. I’ll book another tour soon. 🍻
