Give your team an exciting and true-to-life experience in the world’s number one flight simulator. They’ll be able to know what it’s like to fly a Boeing 737-800 or Airbus A320 whilst participating in some of the most exciting and challenging scenarios where they can practice working together and using their new-found flying skills.
What you get
Get yourselves geared up for a two-hour flight simulation experience like no other. You’ll learn in your group how to fly a true-to-life aircraft which will prepare you for your team challenge.
When your aircraft is precisely 45 minutes from its destination and running on auto-pilot, both pilots are mysteriously incapacitated. It’s up to your team to work together, enter the flight deck and follow the instructions from your instructor who will stand outside and monitor the scenario on camera. Put your quick-thinking and listening skills to the test as you work under time pressure to land the aircraft safely.
This is a fantastic teambuilding activity because it allows the manager to also see how well their team works together on the screen. Other teammates unable to participate will have the opportunity to partake in optional activities.
Activity number one is having a brief look at weather phenomena which are significant for pilots, and activity number two is an aircraft weight and balance challenge. Otherwise, they can just use this time to socialise, eat, drink and relax.
Prizes will be rewarded at the end to the best pilot in each group and overall winner as nominated by the instructors.
