We did three tours with busy bus on this Cruise and every one of them was fantastic. Our guide on two of them was Adrian who was super knowledgeable, entertaining and an all-around great guide.

Great tour with fabulous guide, Sheila. Tour hit the highlights of North Wales with the right amount of time in each.

There were 10 of us traveling together, but we got seperated and were not on the same bus...we were not able to fix that. Our guide was dismal and honestly most of the stops were not that great either. The first one we arrived we before it opened, and left as it was opening... there were public restrooms there, but our guide didn't tell us so lucky we found them on our own. The next stops were fine, but the second to last was very rushed. There was a castle there we could tour, but told it would take at least 45 minutes.... the total allotted for the stop (where we needed to eat lunch and there were many other things in the town to see as well) It would not have been such a big deal, except out last stop (the train station with the crazy long name) was also allocated 45 minutes.... 5 would have been plenty! The only thing there was a gift shop/department store..... really?? not a good use of time at all. Very disappointing.

Dreadful treatment of solo travellers. Despite paying in full 4 months in advance and Busybus advertising ‘there is plenty of room and a window view for everyone’, solo travellers are directed to the middle back seat and squashed between 2 other passengers with a view of the bus aisle. The driver became abrupt and rude when challenged and sent me to a second bus along with anyone else who objected. That second bus sold tickets on the day and waited until it was full, again with a solo traveller down the back. The guide mentioned there was 55 people on the bus, so I imagine that was 53 passengers. Just utterly greedy behaviour, no need to sell the middle back seat and discriminatory as well because only solo travellers were directed to the middle back seat. Solo travellers beware.

Great way to see Whales and some if its more well known sights. There was sufficient time to see and shop at each stop. It was much cheaper and better than the cruise operated tour

It isn't too often that an excursion vendor provides exactly what they promised .... and MORE ... Our guide Shelly was energetic, talkative, interesting, a good story teller and more. We had ample time at each stop and never felt rushed nor bored. This is the tour to take when you port in Holyhead.

We are not "Big Bus" kinda travelers but this tour appeared to be our best option. To our surprise, it was fantastic! Our guide was hilarious with funny stories and punchlines. The bus was comfortable. The sites/towns visited were beautiful. We could have skipped or spent less time at the "longest rail station name" A 15 min stop would have been more than enough. Almost an hour was way too much, where we could have spent that extra time in Cowny. Cowny is where you can grab a quick lunch but that does takes most of your time in this beautiful town. Would recommend but a little modification to their itinerary would be ideal.

We had a great day with Adrian and Tony! Wales is beautiful and we enjoyed each stop. We ended up going to Conwy castle due to lack of timing from our cruise and not the other planned castle, but they adapted quickly and informed everyone of the plan up front. Very easy to find in the port and very friendly team. We enjoyed the tour thoroughly and learned a lot about Wales in the process. We are a couple in our 30’s, but had all ages and ability levels on our tour.

A great overview with plenty of time at the castles. Snowdonia National Park looked amazing and I would have loved to have spent days there. Shelly was a great tour guide and made the trip fun with music and stories as well as all the facts and history. It was no issue getting to the tour bus or back to the ship in plenty of time. I highly recommend.

First our driver Paul was outstanding and extremely helpful. I depend on utilizing my walker and it’s always a chore. This was one time where with his help he made it almost effortless. Our guide was well informed and informative. The countryside scenery was unforgettable and memorable. Enjoyed all of the stops.
