Ryan's Levitate classes are brilliant. He uses metaphors, stories and poems in a really creative way. I have used both the HeadSpace and Waking Up apps and neither are as good or as valuable as Ryan's Sunday evening classes.

I really recommend Levitate - I've been to classes in person and over zoom (in the time of corona) and every session has been different in content but consistent in quality. Instructor Ryan helps you reach a peaceful place by giving you something inspiring to mull over and then guides you through a meditation that at no point feels like you are doing it wrong! Helpful for a novice like me.

The session was over zoom call which I thought would be strange at first but was very relaxing, I felt very comforted and the guided meditation was exactly what I needed. Definitely would recommend!
