Head to Embankment Pier in central London and then board your Thames River night cruise.
As you board you will be greeted by your waiter who will show you to your specially prepared table. The stylish vessel will first head West to the houses of parliament first, meanwhile you can order a drink from our extensive drinks list and the music will gently start up to ensure the atmosphere is just right. Your sumptuous 4-course meal will be served by our friendly waiting staff. See the Itinerary below for a sample menu.
As you eat, gaze out of the window to see the sights of London by night. Pass the Houses of Parliament, bathed in a golden glow, and look to the South Bank to see the trendy Tate Modern museum as well as the London Eye — a legendary city landmark. Glide beneath the Millennium Bridge, featured in Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, and then admire the sight of Shakespeare’s Globe. Look to the north bank for a glimpse of St Paul’s Cathedral and gaze east to see Tower Bridge illuminated against the dark London sky.
Finish your London dinner-cruise experience dancing to anything from 1960s tunes to modern hits. After 2.5 hours of cruising up and down the Thames River, your experience finishes back at Embankment Pier.

The experience was crowned by the fabulous location, the food was great, the staff friendly and so efficient , the boat moves at just the right speed, completely smooth and the visibility through the panoramic windows excellent, and the views as mentioned fantastic, accompanied by an excellent live band
Been to this 3 times now and this will definetly be my last.. The first experience (about 9 years ago) was lovely mainly because the food was at least above par and suppose it was my first time there. Since then I've had two very disappointing experiences and last night was just down right a waste of time and money. The views where mediocre at best the whole thing is over 2h 30 mins long.... Of which we waited 40 mins to get bread to go with the butter on the table. THE FOOD WAS SHOCKING, whatever the feta/bubbly cheese pea starter was was just vile... The chicken was just okay but I can cook myself a tastier meal... The dessert I have 0 idea what the planners are thinking, worst 'soubet' ever with some sort of tart which again tasted awful I had one bite of it. I paid £230 for this experience this time round and that's at a buyagift discount... Finally there was live singers who sounded bad as the only form of entertainment so was just bored and waiting for it all to end the last hour as I said it's about 30 mins to 1 hour too long and you can spend less in a top michilen star here in London and be far more satisfied. Let me put it this way there was a larger queue to leave the boat asap than there was boarding
The Bateaux London cruise came with rather high expectations after having done the Bateaux Parisiens in 2019. The dinner cruise was hardly disappointing but we all agreed that it wasn't as exciting as we had anticipated. The boat rolled a lot. We also expected to spend some time in the Pier but there was a private event so we had to wait along the Embankment for our 6:30pm boarding. Lucky for us it wasn't raining. Our visit to Bateaux was originally scheduled for June 2020, and obviously had to cancel due to COVID at the time. Bateaux was kind enough to refund us, and told us to reach out if we ever rescheduled. We are happy to say that we were able to visit Bateaux in July 2023, and they were able to accommodate us with one of the best seats in the house! What an amazing way to see the city! The service was spectacular, the food delicious, and overall we spent a lovely, romantic evening. The dinner cruise lasts about 3 hours, and you get to see both sides of the River Thames. Such an amazing experience! We are very thankful and appreciative at the customer service Bateaux showed, it truly meant a lot!
Excellent cruise with dinner, entertainment and drinks although for the price food portions could have been a little bigger. Waiter service was excellent.
