THIEFS. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BOTS After delivering your bus ticket way to late, they refuse to return me my money. After continuous complaining they try to get rid of me by offering a 25% voucher! I NEED A 100% REFUND, NOT A VOUCHER!

I purchased a National express ticket from London Paddington Bishop Bridge Stop J to Stanstead Airport. Departure time it meant to be at 9 am on 05.01.2024. At 8 55 am I was on the station and the coach was there on time but it didn't stop on the station so I had to get a taxi to be on time to Stanstead airport. This is not first time when the coach is not stopping . It happens other time and my partner had to run behind the bus to catch the driver attention to stop the bus. My journey price was £75 for Bolt plus the Nation Express ticket which I couldn't use it!

First they said the bus would be 1 hour late, then the bus never came and they were not sure when they would arrive. It was a very disgraceful experience. Do not buy a bus ticket from this company. I miss my flight ticket because of their staff and company

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with National Express, both from and back to Stansted Airport. Our waiting time was totally acceptable. In spite of not having booked seats, we had a good choice of where to sit and the transfer was smooth and pleasant. All this for a fraction of the price you have to pay with the train, with the added advantage that National Express has a network that allows you to reach closer to your destination/lodgings in London if you plan properly. This will be our transfer of choice also next time we are in London.

After arriving home from a lovely holiday I rushed my disabled wife though customs quickly to make our coach and connecting trips on time. I was met by a disgracefully rude driver who told me I was late and me and my wife would not be boarding his coach, however his cargo bay doors were still open and he was still stood on the pavement. I told him this was completely out of order he informed me he was already late all though this was still 1min from departure time. His colleagues then told me I was being rude and called the police on me. After much discussion with said police officers they told me there had been no crime committed and told me to go on my way. That being said they also told me that I wouldn’t be travailing with national express that day as they said the employees ( employees being the staff working the gates ) didn’t like my attitude That left me and my disabled wife stranded in London with little money and a massive problem. I will never use national express again and I’d advise all other disabled folk to do the same. A complete disgrace from a company that’s supposed to stand for integrity and morals.

I booked a full flexible rate, I wanted to pick another bus from the one I booked at the begining. When I got there the started selling tickets to people who dindint have one and they didnt allow us to hop on. We had to wait for 30 min for the next bus. The trip took 45 minutes more that it was published due to works on the road. We lost our flight and of course it wasnt anyones fault..

On the 27th February at about 9am we had to purchase 2 tickets for the coach due to problems with the train track between Stansted and Cambridge. The member of staff at the National Express office needs to work on her customer service skills. We felt like it was inconvenience we were there. I had my elderly Mother with me and we had an hours wait for the coach. We waited in the booking office, might of been helpful to have pointed out that there was a waiting room and somewhere to sit. Perhaps more training with staff is required!!!!

Coach number Sh291 took the wrong turn into M25 & drove all the way to junction 28 and driving all the way back We could hear the driver talking to the controller and not knowing where he is!!!!!!! Waisted almost 1 hour

We booked online for the 11am bus from Liverpool Street St. and paid a whopping £32 one way for 2 people. (to Stansted Airport) Let's start from the fact that as soon as you arrive at the station there isn't even any information on where to go. Fortunately there are always very kind people (not from this company of course) who have helped us. The stop is located opposite the NatWest Bishopsgate Conference Centre. We got there 10 minutes early. (10:49) There were 2 buses, and 2 people who work for the company. I asked for information. She sees my ticket and says that the booked bus is the one at 11, so I need to wait for the next one. Ok I'll wait! After a while they start yelling "last 6 seats, go up". I didn't go up at first because they previously told me to wait for the next one. In the end, they FORCED ME to go up even tho I said I want to wait the other one. When I got on, I walked to the end of the bus and there were NO SEATS, because obviously they can't even count! When I got off, other people had arrived and created a queue.It doesn't matter, I get behind even though I've been there for much longer. Then the bus leaves and they start saying “there are many delays, I don't know when the next one will arrive”. At the same time, a guy who probably manages an abusive taxi sowed panic among people saying "it won't arrive, if you pay 25 pounds each together with 6 people, I'll take you by taxi". The bus arrived after 30 minutes waiting in the cold, you can obviously imagine… the line was non-existent, everyone was pushing to get in. We got on the bus and they didn't check anyone's ticket! So basically everyone could get in the bus, even without paying! A pity to have had such a bad experience, because all the people we have met on our journey up to that point have been of a unique kindness. I have to point out to people reading this review that we are not people who expect much. Just A LITTLE organization and communication, which didn't happen. Honestly, everything could be solved by placing a couple of signs and creating a row with poles. JUST THIS !! I'm just thankful that I made it to the airport without spending any more money. Other than that, the bus was clean. A round of applause to the driver who drove well, and even though the bus was 20-25 minutes late, he arrived only 5 minutes late to the airport.👏👏 December 13th
