    Put yourself to the test, chalk up your hands and take part in the full-body workout that is rock climbing. There are many team building games and fun exercises to incorporate into rock climbing too. Relieve stress through this proactive sport and feel accomplished when reaching new heights - literally.

    What you get

    Are you ready to put yourself to the test and go rock climbing with your team building group? Spend two adventurous hours participating in team-oriented games and activities to get you warmed-up before preparing yourself for the big climb. 

    An expert instructor will go through the basics with you of belaying and climbing, and ensuring you are ultimately safe. During your rock-climbing session, there will be communication-based games incorporated, including fun challenges. This session might include bouldering and/or climbing with auto-belay machines.

    Product description

    There are many physical benefits to rock climbing such as strengthening the muscles in your shoulders, arms, thighs and neck, but there are also other benefits too, such as increasing problem-solving skills and your self-awareness. As you climb, you are observing your surroundings and figuring out how best to use the rocks to your advantage to climb higher. 

    Rock climbing is a great activity for stimulating and improving your cognitive ability. The physical act of climbing and progressing upwards feels highly rewarding because you are accomplishing something. When you set yourself a goal of how high you want to reach and surpass it - this alone helps to build your confidence. 

    This is the sport that improves your sense of self and gives you a good work out at the same time.
