What an amazing stadium! The staff are brilliant, so enthusiastic and knowledgeable. 7 friends went and all were raving about the experience. Would thoroughly recommend to all football fans.

What an amazing experience and an incredible stadium. You get a multimedia device and a set of headphones. Best tip I can give is, leave it off and speak to the tour guides who are at all the different areas of the stadium. Their knowledge and enthusiasm really make the tour much more interesting. We found them to be all very friendly and chatty. At no point on the tour did we feel rushed. Spend a fair bit of time at the side of the pitch and the guide there was fantastic. A real wealth of knowledge about the stadium and the team. Overall, an excellent visit to a remarkable stadium. At the end of the tour, we wondered down to have a look at the F1 Karting track. Even there, the staff member took the time to explain all about the track setup and explained what happened with the retractable pitch as that is the area it is "stored" in. A great, unexpected end to the tour.

This tour was made 5 out of 5 because of the staff running the tour. They were all so helpful, knowledgeable and polite. The stadium is incredible and this is such a worthwhile visit, whoever you support. Very relaxed and not rushed at all. Amazing!!!

Harry, our guide was brilliant, extremely knowledgeable, and the whole staff on the tour were amazing. They made us feel so welcome. The stadium is out of this world, and the acess was amazing. We could even go down to the pitch. Our photos were brilliant, well worth the money, and the only disappointment was that I was unable to get a white kit with Sonny's name and number on. Absolutely worth the money

We thoroughly enjoyed our stadium tour! It was match day so we were able to see everything prepared for the game. Our tour guide John was the best! Not only did he have extensive knowledge of the history of Tottenham hotspurs and white hart lane he had so many unknown facts about this new stadium. Plus he was super fun and made the tour so enjoyable. Thank you!! Harry was great too!! If you are thinking about taking this tour and are a fan…do it! This stadium is incredible!

Had an amazing day all of the tour guides were lovely very chatty didn't make you feel rushed you can take as long as you want around the stadium Joe who was the guide at the beginning was lovely and very funny

The tour was great. Excellent opportunity to see the stadium from the inside and even stand on the pitch. Even better, for additional cost is the stadium darewalk. Takes you to the roof of the stadium and the golden cockerel, nearly 50 m above ground. We arrived late for our walk, and staff was terrific and courteous, and working to accommodate us. Shout out to Osmond for his help and to Jake, who is was an excellent Darewalk guide.

A fantastic day out ruined by multimedia guides. We spent £100 to have family time at a wonderful club but to be handed screens and headphones and sent on our way to wonder aimlessly around was the opposite of what we expected. Staff were great when approached and the stadium itself is brilliant but we spent less than an hour there and left feeling conned. The tour feels very much like the powers that be want us to be dazzled by shiny expensive things, not actually connect with the fans. Best bit of the tour for all of us was the interaction with Chirpy - give them a raise!
