Our chef was incredibly patient and clear with her instruction. She was very easy to follow and added tid it's about the etiology of the names of dishes and also a little information about the different pasta types. My partner and I had a wonderful time and though neither of us are pasta experts, we would feel comfortable trying to make pasta by hand at home after this class. We met other tourists and got to socialize over delicious food and wine. It was a wonderful experience and we would highly recommend it.

Hassan was a wonderful instructor. Very patient with my lack of culinary skills and helped us make fantastic pasta and dessert. Highly recommend.

The cooking class was fantastic! We learned to make fettuccine, ravioli, and tiramisu—all delicious and fun. The atmosphere was welcoming, the instructor was friendly, and the hands-on experience was truly rewarding. Highly recommend for a great time in Rome!

We had the best time learning how to make pasta. The chef was very knowledgable and patient with all of us. He took his time making sure we were each getting it right. Then, getting to eat what we had prepared was awesome!

We really wanted to participate in a cooking class during our trip to Rome. This class, facilitated by Chef Angela, was fabulous. It was a nice blend of demonstration and hands-on application. Then, we got to enjoy our meal together afterwards. Definitely recommend this class!

I definitely would not do this again with this company. It was nice but nowhere near what we were expecting. First it was so hot in the restaurant and so many waiters going behind us with trays of food to deliver to tables in the restaurant. The water served was warm so with us being hot that was not refreshing. You don’t actually make the tiramisu, they pick a few people to just mix or pour something into the bowl. You just layer it. Also you don’t get the actual pasta you made. I knew this for a face because my revolution didn’t age the edges like the one I was served so to me what’s the point if you don’t eat what you actually made. This class is very commercialized and one after another.

This was a fun night, but we were disappointed to find the group so big. Initially we thought about a dozen would participate. There were actually 21 people which was too many. It made it hard to hear, and took longer as the chef had to work her way around a very long table in a crowded restaurant. She was fantastic and did the best she could, but we would really recommend that the restaurant have more classes with less people versus trying to have so many participants in one group. It was still a lot of fun, and eating what we cooked was just perfect.

Angela was great fun and a very good teacher! Everyone seemed to have a good time. It was special after having created the dishes to be able to eat them!
