Sorrento

Meet your driver at your central Naples hotel or at Naples’ central train station. Then, board your air-conditioned minivan and head south to Sorrento, the clifftop resort just west of the UNESCO-listed Amalfi Coast, a 40-mile (64-km) chunk of shore famed for its steep cliffs and confetti-colored villages. On arrival in Sorrento, enjoy an hour of free time to explore this charming town as you wish. Perhaps stroll the winding lanes, enjoy the bars and shops in the central square, Piazza Tasso, or check out the majestic 15th-century cathedral — it’s entirely up to you.

Positano

Then, rejoin your minibus and keep your camera ready as you drive along the Amalfi Coast, tracing its winding cliffside road between lemon groves and the sparkling Mediterranean on route to Positano. Wedged between cliffs, Positano’s pastel houses fall steeply down to the sea, forming one of the Amalfi Coast's scenic highpoints. Arrive in the town and use an hour of free time here to perhaps shop at the chic boutiques and galleries, relax over coffee, or admire the Church of St Maria Assunta, famous for its tiled dome.

Amalfi

Next, arrive in the town of Amalfi and enjoy another hour to explore its sights at your leisure. Perhaps visit its striking 9th-century cathedral, browse the many shops hidden in the lanes or enjoy lunch (own expense) at one of the tempting restaurants.

Giovanni was a great driver and guide! While it was not expected to learn along the way, Giovanni pointed out many amazing sights that we would not have noticed otherwise! Short stops in each place but perfect timing in the off season!

Rosario, our tour guide was exceptional. His driving skills are keen and his ability to maneuver along the windy coast line were above par. His knowledge of the picturesque stops and local history proved his love for the beautiful coast line and cities. I would recommend this tour to anyone interested in visiting this area.

It was the perfect day trip along the coast. Each spot was gorgeous. Though you could easily spend more time in each town, it was great to fit in during a weekend trip to Italy.

Wow what a fantastic trip. It was perfect for us! Each destination was one hour and back on the road. It was perfect for people who just want to wander around beautiful towns and great driver!! This is not a tour guide, the driver will give you many useful tidbits of info and answer any questions you have, but this is more of transportation. I hated to see other bad reviews from ignorant people who can’t read the description. Yes it’s a lot of driving, yes there are many switchbacks and hills so pack Dramamine, if you can’t handle curvy roads or being punctual, don’t complain or don’t go, and yes you only get one hour each stop because there are 4 stops, 4 AMAZING incredible cities to visit. Ignore the bad reviews, it was just as described, and the driver even stopped and slowed down for us to take pictures. Our pick up was easy, the directions were easy, the driver made it very clear where to meet, where to walk around, he even warned us to be careful not to over indulge on the lemoncillo. Yes the van is a little squishy, deal with it, you’re going to see the most beautiful sights in the world and that won’t even matter if you just enjoy the view. If you’re wondering about how long the day is, we went in December and with not a lot of traffic we were back at around 5. The driver mentioned during summer the traffic is so bad it could be 7:30, 8:00. That is why there is no exact time on the description . Just know around 8 hours. I would give 100 stars if I could.

Although having a guided commentary might have been nice, it was special to relax and let the driver take us where we needed to go with plenty of time to visit Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi, and Ravello. We could enjoy the ride and the views without interruption. It's a lot to cover in one day, but Salvatore was the ideal, knowledgeable and fearless driver along the coast!

Never made it on the tour. Messaged multiple times about details and trying to confirm and got no response. They finally responded after the 24 hour cancelation window ended and denied our cancelation. Tried multiple times to get a refund and they will not cooperate, nor will Viator. Left with no option but to contact the BBB to get my money back. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!!!
