The tour group is too cheap to give you headsets and if you get a guide who whispers like ours you especially won't hear a thing in noisy Florence.

We had a great tour at Palazzo Vechio and the Hall of the 500. Our tour guide Natalia was an excellent professional and at the same time very welcoming and friendly. We found out numerous interesting things and a lot of important information about the sight that were worth while! We would definitely repeat this experience and we highly recommend Natalia as your personal tour guide!

Our tour guide, Natalia, was so kind and personable. It was our good fortune to be her only guests! She spent several hours sharing her knowledge of the Palazzo Vecchio and patiently answered every question we had along the way.

While it would be more accurately described as the 90min Palazzo Vecchio Tour, we had a great time. Marcello was truly wonderful in giving his account of 14-16th century Florence, the Medici family and the artists associated with it. One of the best tours we had!

Palazzo Vecchio is well worth a guided tour. Our guide was very kind. It might have helped to have a guide a bit more versed in the Medici's history and a bit more conversant in English. It was challenging to have a Q&A.
