Wow wow wow ! Natalia is a hidden gem in Italy not only are you getting a tour guide you are getting someone who studied modern history she truly has an I depth knowledge of not only pompeii but all modern history, yes there are other tour guides but if your lucky and you can hire Natalia you will have a great experience

The downloaded voucher has the meeting point prominently in two places. But that long walk is NOT the place to get the tickets. The smaller description is not clear and there are no signs pointing g to it. When we found the location they continued to try to sell us a tour or audio and would not give us the tickets until the office the office filled with people that would buy tours. At this time of year and first thing in the morning we would not have needed a jump the line. Other Viatour have been great. This was a total waste of time and money.

We got a tour for 2 hrs when we got there and it was great! Fast and easy with viator pass ticket! We only paid 20 extra dollars for the tour! She wqs very good!

The voucher sent by Viator gave an address to exchange for tickets. This was 3 quarter of a mile walk to be told that they had to be exchanged back at the station where we came from. To say I am angry is an understatement. A 1 and half mile walk in 37 degrees ruined the experience before we got in. I will never use viator again

Walking through ruins, visiting museum. Children had to get their own tickets for entry, even though they were free, so that held us up.

We went to four different spots to retrieve our pre paid tickets and no one could find them. It was extremely hot and crowded and agents patience was not very good. We finally bought tickets to visit Pompeii. The problem was that there was no internet to help us with the download. This is my second bad experience with v Viator. I will not use this company again nor will I recommend this company. I would like a refund of $54.64 to my credit card- which information you have.

Easy to book and ticket office is easy to find. Exactly as they say - first floor of the train station building. We booked their guide last minute and so glad that we did as it is HUGE and you’d never get to see all the good bits and learn extra facts.

Great agent. Very welcoming. Make sure you get off at the correct Pompeii train station, there are two. The office is adjacent to the station. The agent suggested an upgrade to a guided tour. Good advice since Pompeii is vast and we were much more efficient with our limited available time. Our guide was very knowledgeable and personable.
