Here you will have a guided tour of the modern mill for the production of high quality extra virgin olive oil. Subsequently you will taste three different kind of olive oil and you will learn how to recognise a good quality olive oil and the tasting technique thanks to the help of an expert. Then you will visit the museum of olive oil tradition where you can see the old tools. Cost for the admission to the oil mill, olive oil tasting and museum: € 15 per person (not included in the price of the tour).

This experience will allow you to be introduced in the magic world of wine. Once arrived at the Audarya's estate we will visit the different vineyard and you will see the different grape variety and the training system. Then we will visit the production area where you will learn about the wine making process, from the pressing to the bottling, aging in barrel included. Once the tour will be finished, you will be accompanied to the tasting room. There you will have a guided tasting of 4 different wines accompanied by a selection of local products such as bread, cheese and cold cults. Cost for the tasting starts from € 27 per person (not included in the price of the tour).

Such a magical day. Alessandro was wonderful and our wine tour snd tasting was really spesial. A big shout out to Alicia our wine guide! Olive oil tour and taste was not available bit alessandro took us off the beaten path to Visit his friends gin distillery. What a treat. Highly recommend this tour

Both parts were great. The host of the olive oil farm was extremely knowledgeable and passionate, and the experience was efficient. Learned a lot. The wine tour and tasting was fabulous. At the winery, the sommelier made the experienced. She is terrific, and also passionate. Even before the tasting the tour, was so informative and detailed. She made the tasting and is a star. Best wine tasting I have ever done in the states or otherwise. And our guide Alessandro was prompt, friendly, accommodating and his pride for his country and culture helped make for a wonderful experience.

We had a great time in 4. Alessandro took us first to the local Winery and after tasting local wine, cheese and sausage we went for a visit to a nearby Oil Mill, where we could taste several types of olive oil. Thank you Alessandro, also for a timely pick-up and return to our accommodation.

This trip was definitely the highlight of our time in Sardegna. Alessandro was an amazing guide with tons of knowledge. He brought us to a beautiful quaint vineyard that has been family owned for generations. He also taught us so much about wine tasting and pairing, olive oils, and lots of history on Sardegna. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Cagliari. I Can’t say enough good things about it.

Alessandro our tour guide was terrific. We started the day with a pickup at the hotel exactly to the minute of when we agreed. We started with a wine tour at Audayra. Alessandro picked the best wines to taste and paired the wines with meats and cheeses. Great way to learn about the complexities and pairing of Sardinian wines. His knowledge of wine went well beyond describing the tasting notes. Second stop was a local family owned olive oil manufacturer. I greatly enjoyed being with a owner/operator who has a passion for his product. Great experience all around and I would highly recommend this tour with Alessandro.

It was a great experience ! The oil mill tour was really instructive and the wine tasting was amazing. The wine was particularly good!!! The guide Alessandro knows his subject and explain very well. He’s nice and funny! I can’t recommend enough this tour. It was the highlight of our Sardegna trip !

Alessandro is the best guide to take you around the oil mill and then onto the vineyard. It was so informative, a real insight into the beautiful culture of Sardinia. Would highly recommend. Also the wine is delicious!

Magic time with exeptional people. We had custom - made trip in fact, as our host flexibly adapted the route. We visited the mercado, a cheese factory , had olive oil tasting and visited a vinery. The best experience ever in Sardena😊 All the people we met were extremly frienfly, happy to share their knowledge and passion. The food we tasted was excellent. Highly reccomend to all food and local culture lovers😊 Total immersion in Sardena.

My friend and me gifted this tour to another friend nd Alessandro, our guide, absolutely participated in confusing her, not letting her know what we are going to do:) He ia very flexible, picked us up in front of the hotel and brought us back to a restaurant we had a reservation at just so we won't be late! We enjoyed very good products (olive oil, olive paste, several wines with bread fromaggi and salume) we even visited the vineyard, meeting the hard working men harvesting every single grape by hand!! Amazing! Who ever ia thinking bout going on a wine tasting tour - trust me this is it:)
