We left Florence at 8:00am and arrived Cinque Terre at 10. The guide said our departure time was 2:00 pm. We paid for a full day and our contract said back to Florence by 6pm. This was a private tour!!!! He fought with his boss for more time all day. Would not pay $1200 for this again!!! Viator fail!!!

Hello
Cinque aterre was charming, but even more charming was Sara, always attentive to the needs of her tourists. He learned that the taxi in Monterroso to avoid a rise costs 15 euros and probably next time he would let his clients know before calling them.
He is an extraordinary guide and knew how to manage his times excellently even though we had an 81-year-old man on the tour.
I have already recommended it to my friends. Thank you for everything Sara and for your attention.
