They changed my ticket from one day to the next without giving more information, there was no refund, they treated us in a very rude way and the only thing they could tell us "it can't be refunded because they already validated their tickets in the morning" unfortunately it seems that it is not the first time that the tickets are oversween since in different reviews you can see how many complain about the schedule changes, where to place them and above all the terrible treatment they give you as a tourist, to end the tour it cost us a total of €200, where at the main entrance that by the way we had to pay for new tickets because they didn't return a single euro, they cost us €85 for everyone, since we are a group of 6 people. The only thing I can say is that it's embarrassing and disappointing as a tourist to live this when you come from far away and dare to steal because that's what they do to you

The best! Marcius, our guide was most informative, entertaining and conscious of everyone’s individual needs, it’s a lot of walking and time constraints were critical but he kept us in check and happy. Great job!
