…con un gruppo di persone di un viaggio organizzato…abbiamo fatto il tour con degustazione presso l’Acetaia “La Vedetta”!!…a Castelvetro…vicino a Modena…acetaia con agriturismo della famiglia Venturelli!!…ci hanno diviso in due gruppi!!…io ero con il signore che ha iniziato tutta l’attività!!…altro gruppo era con il figlio Claudio!!…che naturalmente lavora in azienda!!…praticamente l’aceto balsamico viene prodotto con le uve migliori dal trebbiano modenese!!…poi il signore ci ha spiegato che dopo la pigiatura e la cottura il prodotto viene spostato all’interno delle botti di ogni batteria!!…dove resta ad invecchiare anche per lunghi anni!!…e poi arriva alla botte più piccola e da lì viene imbottigliato!!…un lavoro veramente certosino!!…ma che richiede veramente tanta pazienza!!…abbiamo fatto anche la degustazione…e posso sinceramente dire che l’aceto balsamico…non è tutto uguale!!…ovviamente tante sfumature e gusto diverso da un tipo all’altro!!…quello che ho capito alla fine è che oltre a tutto il lavoro!!…ci vuole veramente tanta passione per produrre questo aceto balsamico!!…ma a questi signori Venturelli!!…proprio la passione per il proprio lavoro non manca!!…praticamente dedicano tutto il loro tempo…qui in acetaia!!…veramente dei grandi imprenditori!!…merita sicuramente fare una visita in questa acetaia!!…si scoprono delle cose molto importanti!!…che poi ci ritroviamo in tavola!!…
