With the advent of the summer season the barbecues are back on! I will host you on the terrace and I will be your Master grill for the duration of the event; the meat will be the undisputed protagonist, a good red wine will do the rest of the job! In case of bad weather, lunch will be served inside with modifications to some preparations, however, in advance, they are always accorded with the guests. Vi ospiterò in terrazzo e sarò il vostro grill master per tutta la durata dell'evento; la carne sarà protagonista indiscussa, un buon vino rosso farà il resto del lavoro! In caso di maltempo il pranzo verrà servito all'interno con modifiche ad alcune preparazioni, suddettte verrrano comunque preventivamente accordate con gli ospiti. Our meal with Luca could not have been better! The six in my party were welcomed warmly by Luca and Kristina into their remarkable home. After introductions were made, we were led up the spiral staircase by twinkling lights to the kitchen/dining area where the table was set perfectly. Luca is warm and generous and we all felt as if he were an old friend. We enjoyed five courses with appropriate and tasty wine pairings and shared convivial conversations all evening together at their centuries-old dining table. The evening was one of the best of our trip and I cannot recommend this exceptional experience strongly enough.
Ottima cena in piacevolissima compagnia. Luca ci ha deliziato con un menù degno di nota, anche nella versione senza glutine. Esperienza da ripetere.
Cena perfetta in ogni aspetto. Nella sua splendida casa, curata in ogni minimo dettaglio (dagli spazi, all’arredo, alle luci), Luca ha saputo creare un ambiente incredibilmente familiare ed accogliente. Ottimi i piatti proposti, con una grande ricerca della materia prima che Luca ha saputo trattare con maestria. Una menzione particolare per il filetto di maiale cotto a bassa temperatura, un piatto di altissimo livello. Ottimo l’abbinamento dei vini. È stata una serata davvero piacevole e divertente, che spero di ripetere al più presto! Continua così, Luca!
Piacevolissima cena durante la quale abbiamo potuto apprezzare tutte le fasi di preparazione dei piatti. Qualità eccellente, atmosfera intima e calorosa, ottima compagnia!
