I work as a pasta maker and as a teacher in my pasta lab in Milan and Venice.

Federico is a professional chef and has been an actor for over fifteen years; during the years of acting he traveled throughout Italy and in several foreign countries, experiencing and tasting recipes always different and new ingredients.
His most fun is watching the preparation of traditional recipes and learn the secrets of the dishes, the use of special ingredients, spices and cooking methods.
Together they visited several countries, always attracted by the search for new flavors and taste experiences.
They like receiving a few guests at home, preparing traditional-Italian or ethnic recipes and managing cooking classes.

Our pasta-making class is fun, creative, interesting, professional, and will turn you into an Italian pasta expert! I am Federico, a professional pasta maker, and under my guidance, you will learn every secret about making fresh pasta. It's a hands-on experience, so be prepared to pull up your sleeves and put your hands in the dough! You will knead, cut, roll and fill ravioli, tagliatelle, tagliolini or other formats. I will prepare with you authentic, fresh Italian pasta, with or without eggs, in different shapes and sizes and I will teach you the secrets of making colored pasta and stuffed pasta. I will help know the best filling and sauces for your pasta dishes. After making pasta, we will prepare the most famous Italian dessert, the tiramisù Recipes are all based on freshness, high quality of ingredients, tradition, and, most of all my long experience. With my expert guidance, you will be mastering homemade pasta in your own kitchen like a pro! This class is highly recommended for families with kids. Other things to note It will be an informal cooking class, as with friends; there is no particular dress code, the important thing is that you relax and have fun. Federico Is really nice and explains everything to you from the beginning. His ideas for toppings and fillings are delicious. We had a lot of fun cooking and eating and we still could take some of the food home!! Very recommended
